Quick Lane at Les Stumpf Ford provides fast and friendly service. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and goes over and above. Customers report not feeling ripped off, with staff honestly stating when something does not need replacing. The body shop is also awesome, with fantastic and helpful workers who can complete minor repairs very quickly without an appointment. While service is fast and the cashier is nice, there have been occasional oversights like forgetting tire stem caps. Overall, the service is really good and many customers are very happy with their experience.
Lori and the Quick Lane staff have always gone over and above for me. Quick service and popcorn as a bonus while you wait.
