Stylist: I went in for a manipedi, and while I was sitting there I had a diabetic emergency. She sprang into action and bought me a sugary drink and gave me rice snacks. Wonderful customer service/care!

I believe they were understaffed the day I had an appointment. My gel manicure lasted less than 2 weeks and it didn't look great from the beginning.
