Words can not describe how great this organization is for caring for clients in their homes.

Right At Home has been caring for my elderly mother in her home in the Fox Valley for two and one half years. The quality of care is truly outstanding. The staff is well trained, and very patient though challenging circumstances. More than once, they have gone above and beyond. We, the entire family, feel very fortunate that we chose Right At Home to care for Mom. I highly recommend them.

Right at home truly cares about their clients and their homes. They have a very good management team that truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is gone through. As a caregiver for this company we go through very detailed training with the client. The needs of the family and client are both documented with a plan to ensure exceptional care and safety for the client. Our goal is to keep every client in good spirits, safe, and cared for.

I've worked for Right at Home Appleton/Green Bay for just over 7 months, and I would recommend this home care agency to anyone of my family members & friends. My coworkers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. I have worked for other healthcare agencies and this by far exceeds my expectations. We are all here to support one another and it feels great to have an excellent management team!

Right At Home was a God-send when we needed to find in-home care for our mother rather quickly. Patty came right to her home and discussed their services. They were very accommodating finding the right fit for caregivers for mom. They formed a special bond with each other. RAH gave our family peace of mind knowing mom was being well taken care of when we couldn't be there. Thank you!

Although some of the caregivers were nice to my Mom, the Management team is very difficult to deal with and communication is poor. I was told one day that my Mother’s caregiver was exposed to CoVID and that she wouldn’t be able to work and then the next day she was fine to work- this placed my mother at risk and really was quite upsetting given the climate with Covid. I have many other examples of poor communication, but it would take too long. When issues arise, money always is what the management team, especially Patty, is looking out for, not the care of your loved one. I am so glad that I found a different way to care for my mom that is so much more beneficial and she is so much happier than the different multiple caregivers coming in per day which was confusing for my Mom and reduced continuity of her care.

The owner doesn’t care about the clients or the care givers. She cares about money. I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with right at home and the owner and all I can say is please if you care about your loved one stay far far away from Right at Home!

I worked here for a long time because I didn’t want to leave my clients. Every client that I’ve taken care of in the past 6 years I’ve worked here had nothing good to say about the owner. Schedules would always get messed up to were at times clients had no one show up to do there cares. The training for the care staff is not good at all. I was thrown into clients that I wasn’t trained on multiple times and just had to wing it. Even though there’s some really good staff that work for RAH I would stay far away from this place. I left due to COVID and the fact that I felt RAH wasn’t taking the proper actions. I was forced to work at a place that had several clients all which weren’t wearing mask and weren’t social distancing. I wouldn’t put your loved ones at risk. The owner cares more about wanting to get as much clients as possible for the money even though the staff are already stretched very thin.

RAH provided excellent care for my Mother for over five years. Mom passed away recently and RAH was with her till the end. The level of care and responsiveness was always the best. Over the five year time frame the level of care and the hours of care fluctuated from typically 4 to 6 hours a day to as many as 24 hours a day. At the times when Mom’s needs changed quickly, to require additional hours and caregivers, RAH always scrambled to provide the necessary care. The caregivers were always caring and professional. Mom was very close to one caregiver, Donna, as the two of them became close companions. Another caregiver, Becky, always made Mom laugh. RAH management paid attention to the quality of care and the well being of their clients. As demonstrated by the visits to Mom’s apartment by Patty Hietpas. Our special thanks to everyone at Right at Home to providing Mom with a quality of life she would not have had without their care.

My husband Larry and I have been utilizing the in-home- care services of Right at Home for about two years now. Initially we required only two overnights per month to allow respite time for me as my husband’s caregiver to have time away. As Larry’s abilities have deteriorated, Right at Home has been there to pick up the slack. We are now receiving six hours per week of in-home care. What I like about working with Right at Home is their willingness to provide services based upon our needs rather than on the services they provide. From overnight services to personal care to light housekeeping, laundry and meal prep and companionship, they have been able to provide it all. My greatest measure of their success is when my husband tells me how much he likes his caregivers. Accepting outside help was not easy for him. For him to accept the service and then actually come to care about his caregivers, is a great measure of their accomplishments in my book and speaks highly of the services provided by Right at Home!

This 85-year-old disabled man and his 5-year-old Maltese dog enthusiastically evaluate Right at Home as having 5-Star quality of service, a rating I rarely give to anything. Over the past two years, there is little doubt that the RAH team of In-Home care Providers has kept me living in my own home and maintaining some level of independence and self-respect, given my level of physical incapacitation. My team of providers, Lisa, Vicki, Patricia, Eva and others, are remarkable people, because the work they do is not easy in any sense.

Zero stars is not an option. I was inquiring about transportation and perhaps light housekeeping for my mother. I received a call from 903-265-6103 (Top Senior Caregivers) and told the guy who called that I was wondering about the cost. He told me they don't offer transportation even though it is on the website. I asked to be put on the do not call list, because he was the furthest from helpful that anyone could ever be. He hung up on me! I truly hope the call was recorded. His behavior would be unacceptable for a spam caller much less from someone assisting with at home needs for a elderly parent! I would not consider any services through this organization because of him! If he is the type of person hired I'd be frightened to have someone go to my precious 96 year old mother's house.

Finding the fit for your family caregiver can be exhausting. Right at Home goes the distance to meet the challenge . Recently lost my dad and Right at Home was with him every step of the way! Found them several years ago and time became manageable, personable, and even comfortable for my dad and family. Couldn’t have made it without them.
