Great products & Service, but employees should NOT be parking directly in front parking spaces for customers- the cashier told her manager she needs to roll up her windows after checking me out..I walked out with her & she parked directly in first space by the door.

Nice clothing store on a fairly busy shopping center. Good selections and pretty good prices.
Busy parking lot so be careful in and out. Check out can be slow during rush hours.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too uncomfortable to ignore. I’m Asian American and went in to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. It was my second time, and when I got to the register, the older blonde lady helping me whispered “again” and rolled her eyes at me. Super rude for no reason. When I found the right size and went to check out, she didn’t greet me or say anything. She just threw the shoes into the bag like I was wasting her time. The whole time she acted irritated and cold. I also couldn’t help noticing her crooked teeth, which wouldn’t matter if her attitude wasn’t so nasty. What really bothered me though was that while I was shopping, I overheard a conversation nearby where someone mentioned that she’s made racist comments toward Hispanic customers before. I don’t know the full story, but hearing that made the whole vibe worse. As a person of color, it made me feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcome. If Ross cares about customer experience and creating a respectful environment, they really need to address this kind of behavior.

The place is obviously understaffed. And its obvious what to blame. Walk right in and see hiring for 13 an hour.Enough is enough if you want quality labor and happy customers pay your people at least 18.Its degrading.
