The system was down so I had to pay through a weird phone system and then they messed up the first transaction and made me do it again, I got charged twice and they told me I'd get my money back from the first one been two weeks and still out the money I tried calling with no resolution so far.

Selection and size inclusiveness means both my teen daughter and I can find things to love here. Full price is a joke as at most stores but sales and clearance are good. We got a full bag of clothes last time for $60. (Jeans,a couple shirts, a dress shirt and a sweater.)

I've always loved the store they have such a large selection of good brands and cute clothes for both men and women I love that they have perfumes and they have gender-neutral ones as well it makes the store feel a lot more inclusive and the workers are nice the atmosphere is always great they're displays are absolutely beautiful and their prices are acceptable

Just OK. Usually we find something in the clearance area, there was no Men's clearance and the women's was picked over pretty badly. The regular priced area had a men's shirt I wanted but only in sizes not for me. Then the women's area was fairly large with a lot to choose from seemingly. After flipping through alot of it was just repeat graphics seen in other places in the store. We'll return and hope for some new things eventually.

Love the clothes but there is a guy/girl not sure pronoun who works there with blonde and pink hair who is always dressed super trashy, is snobby to customers and always tries to flirt with my boyfriend. Horrible way to rep the brand and im not the only one who has had this experience! Find employees who are professional
