The gentlemen I worked with was nice but chatty and distracting while driving, I asked to see the financials and carfax for a car but he didn’t hear me the first time and second said “oh the finance guy will go over all that with you”. Felt it was all rushed into one purchase after I test drove a few. Was a bit rude commenting about other people making noises while drinkin/having a snack. Then gave me the wrong manual days after I said it was missing and never checked in after I came in because the check engine light came on. The dealership also kept pushing me to go somewhere else for getting it looked at and felt they just wanted my initial money and that was it.

Walked in desperate need of getting into a vehicle, with the intention of not wanting to stick in the Hyundai brand and hopes to get into something different, Caitlyn was very very helpful in walking me thru the process of understanding how the bank works in approving for which vehicle best for you. Although I was getting put into another Hyundai I walked away very pleased and happy definitely had a lot of features to it that I was totally impressed with and drives wonderful. Also got set up with wonderful coverage.

My wife and I were going back and forth looking at vehicles. Test drove a couple. Drew Wilz was patient and helpful. Vehicle we bought was just under average price in the area. They matched my personal bank on the interest rate. Would buy from there again.
