Scheduled an appointment for 10/17/25 Was told tech would be there from 8am-12pm no one ever showed up. Had to wait around all morning for nothing. Very disappointing, not even a call or text to say they are running late.

Never go here! Long story short…Made an appt for a new windshield. Took a week, no problem. I drove 25 min there just for them to tell me that they JUST unwrapped my new windshield and it was broken in the corner. Which they told me they arrive broken frequently. (You can see the damage inside and out. And they asked me if I still wanted to put it in. Of course not! Who would?) Stuff happens. Life moves on. So, I made a new appointment for a week later. Again, I showed up for my 2nd appointment just to find out that the same issue happened with the second windshield that they ordered! Then they told me they could get me in for an 3rd appointment in 10 days. Seriously? No way! No more unnecessary drives, rescheduling our lives, just to keep receiving damaged windshields. We instead scheduled our car to go to a place that took less than a week to get into and they did a fantastic job! Do not go to Safelite. They are unprofessional and their windshields are garbage.

The technician got my vehicle in right on time, repaired my chip quickly, and had me out the door in less time than previously thought. Great team, great work, and the repair looks amazing!

Had a turkey fly into our driver side windshield, got an appointment the next day and they had it replaced within a few hours and let us leave the vehicle at their shop until the next day as we were from out of town. Very helpful and polite people.

The replacemnt of the windshield was scheduled. They were behind the day I brought it so I had to wait over an hour. Once the replacement finished we had a bad rainfall. So I had to return for calibration. Once I returned for calibration I now have a light on that we can’t seem to get to disappear for one of the sensors. This was before I left the parking lot. They suggested I wait a couple days. Light still on and very difficult to talk to a person about the issue and get a resolution.

I would love to give Safelite a higher rating. I say this because the technician did everything as expected. He communicated well regards to his arrival time. He completed the job well. The biggest fore-warning is their app. When I went on the app, they had a premium pkg at $90 off. I selected that one. Then after I scheduled the appt…the discount was not applied! Tried again…same thing happened. I then used their AI Chat and asked for a special promo code. I was given one. So I went back in. Used the code. All was great and I finally booked the appt and paid for the service. After that was all said and done, I then received an email stating that the repair now was going to cost $50 more due to a higher estimate on recalibrating the sensors. That’s when I contacted customer service (wasn’t very happy!). After arguing my point a few times, I finally received the original discount I was supposed to receive. So, if you’re going to use their service make sure you remain on top of things in terms of price. I guess the way I look at this, they are kind of pushing advertising fraud. And if Safelite is reading this, you may want to look into this and correct asap!

Very user friendly website. Easy to schedule repair appointment and obtain estimate at same time. Easy to locate discount coupons. Was able to change reservation and update using a larger discount coupon without having to cancel current reservation and start a new one. Very friendly staff. Excellent communication during repair process and notification when repair completed.
