My family and I stopped in this store to find some hair dye for my daughter. She wanted something that would last longer than the chalks. There were 2 workers behind the counter, neither one greeted us or asked if they could help us. When I asked where to find semi-permanent dyes, one of the girls just pointed to an aisle and didn't offer any advice. We stood in front of the many varieties of dyes for a while not knowing what would work best and still no offer of help or advice. We finally picked out a color and read the directions. I had to ask the girls where to find a protective skin cream mentioned in the directions. She had no idea what that was or where to find it but did actually get up to see if she could find anything. No luck. So the staff was pretty much useless and to top it off, the "semi-permanent" dye didn't even last a week. It was completely washed out after 1 shampoo and a swim lesson.

Just busted this location. Hours posted for Sunday is u til 6pm it’s only 2:51 pm and store is closed no sign nothing. Saw 2 other customers not able to enter either. Drove 20 minutes for nothing

Went inside looking for a red pigment, did not see them asked if they had anymore while having to interrupt their personal conversation got an eye roll, and was asked well what brand I said I am not sure of the name instead of going over there with me she goes well I need to know that, I said ok. Walked over there and looked for her, which honestly to me is an issue may not be to other people but what is the point of two people being there not helping customers. I told her the brand she goes welp if it's not there then obviously we don't have it, I said well alright then and left. I wasn't frustrated they were out, what's bothersome is acting like a customer is a problem I don't work there I shouldn't have to chase down my items the associate should be a bit more helpful and not offer eye rolls and dirty looks is all. *oshkosh location is fantastic!

Always buy my hair dye here and have a great experience. I wanted to highly recommend the extra sensitive earrings if you have super irritable ears and basically can't wear any. Also arctic for is my go to dyeThanks sally!

The store manager Sandra was standing in front of the store, lingering around, no real greeting, just walking around and giving my friend and I the occasional side eye as if being here is an inconvenience. It only got worse from there. Not only was she not wearing a mask but when she looked at my clothes and my pride pins she got very judgemental. She was acting very discriminatory and talked to my friend and I in a demeaning way. My friend was extremely offput by her blatant disrespect towards us and for expressing our pronouns. When we were checking out she purposefully was trying to make us uncomfortable despite us politely correcting her. She couldn't even give us basic decency or customer service. I don't see myself coming to this location again

Placed an order online for in store pick up and when I got there. A lady from another store who was inside Sally pulled the door shut on me in which made my hand slipped off from the handle and said we are closing. No explanation but a customer came out and said apparently the associate wasn't feeling good and is about to faint standing up and needed an emergency surgery. Well I waited in the parking lot as I wasted my time driving there just to put up my order and saw the associate walking out to her car fine and even driving herself. I would think if I was sick and about the verge of passing out. I would of call 911 for help. Very unprofessional. Sally need to hire more workers.

I would rate a zero if I could, My niece and I went in and wasn’t greeted by anyone, we found these hair dyes and brought them to the register, waiting several minutes before I had to go get Sandra store manager to come up to the register, only after she was lecturing her employee for staying late and telling her employee how unacceptable it is. The hair dye rang up as 9 cents and she refused to sell them to me even thought I as a customer found it on the shelf. I called customer service as she told me to do and proceeded to tell customer service she was going to damage them out and throw them away and said they’re on a recall. But she said told me she was going to damage them out and donate them. So while I stepped outside to talk to the customer service lady, My niece heard Sandra the store manager say “ she doesn’t deserve this she doesn’t deserve to get her way” the store manager proceeded to call My niece and I both liars and said that I only came in to complain. The employee said “ I was asking if I could have them.” Both times we went to the register we waited several minutes before My niece or I had to go get someone. Sandra was incredibly rude, I do not recommend going to this store unless you want to be treated poorly.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning with whom I believe is taking over the responsibilities of the store as a whole and am sad to say we didnt exchange names. I valued her knowledge and her genuine care in helping me find the best product without being pushy. it was a nice change of pace in todays world and I will be returning.

every time i go in this place i get what seems to be good help from people who know what they’re talking about. but once i get home and try to do my hair it always ends up horrible. i went in yesterday to brighten my blonde a little more and now my hair is falling out in long strands and big clumps. wouldn’t recommend going here. just go to a salon.

Had a nice discussion with an employee (I didn't catch her name, but super nice, flame colored hair) about my hair, what I'm trying to accomplish, thoughts I had...and she made suggestions, directed my attention toward product I hadn't known about til today...and boy, am I glad I asked before buying what I THOUGHT I wanted! I got what works perfectly for me.Thank you!!!
