Do not ever get your hair done at this place!
I came in today to have my hair cut and have blonde highlights and low lights to help touch up and blend my grey outgrowth. I knew something was wrong when I was in the chair to have the product rinsed out of my hair. She Disappeared for a lengthy period of time only to come back and apply multiple products in my hair to try to fix her errors. My hair was completely nodded after she was done washing it, causing me to lose tons of hair. A large piece of hair broke off.
My hair was over processed and it turned out white! When I went to discuss with management, she was very unprofessional and stood behind her employee, despite this horrendous outcome. The front desk female was smirking the entire time. I am completely appalled.

I was gifted this fantastic massage for my birthday, and it was a an experience worth telling people about.
I was greeted by Lisa minutes after arriving and quickly felt comfortable, because she is very kind and engaging. We talked for a few minutes about what I like in a massage, and just as important, what I don't like in a massage.
It is very rare in my experience that massage therapists don't just do their own thing, but this time was not the case. Lisa concentrated on the areas that we had talked about. She has a great sense of how much pressure to apply and where I was experiencing pain and showed a great attention to detail in finding them and not overworking them. I highly recommend her services and plan to go back again.

Came in to buy $130 shampoo and scheduled an appt a week later came in for my appt and it was canceled if your receptionists don't know how to do their job you need new ones

I called to schedule a facial and the person who answered my call, must have been having a bad day. She was quite rude and could have been helpful with an alternate Salon Aura for a facial like maybe the Neenah location. I Googled it and was able to find what I needed. It really stinks that a pricey Salon wouldn't provide customer service to a would be potential client!!! You lose.

Would not recommend this place for two reasons, the stylist took it upon herself to cut way too much off my daughters hair, not even listening to what we wanted. Second, when I called to speak with management he was completely rude about it and said she would never do this. Well I wouldn’t be calling to complain about our experience if she would have cut it how she was suppose to. Take your business elsewhere and get your cut done right!!!Service: Haircut
