The lady at the exit door scanning the receipts was too busy talking to her coworkers letting every person go by saying have a nice day but as soon as I walk past her about to say goodbye she stops me holding my cart saying she can’t let go untill she scans my receipt and “ double check my items “ for reference I only bought 4 cases of water and 4 cases of soda BIG items you can clearly see. After I confront her about letting everyone before me with big carts full of groceries and she didn’t say anything. She says “it’s protocol “ I feel personally racially profiled as I only had 8 things but yet she scanned EVERY SINGLE ITEM and double checked my receipt

5 stars all the way for their tire department. I was traveling in Appleton for work and had an issue with my rear tires (on a 2023 car!). They were able to patch one tire, but not the other due to the damage. They were extremely helpful in reviewing options with me. Unfortunately they don’t carry my tire size in stock, so I had to travel home as is, but appreciated the great help and advice on purchasing new tires

The deals are unparalleled, however the Cashier Cathy needs to work on her small talk. As mom was checking out, I was dancing around with my daughter and my three year old fell down (as a kid does) and the cashier Cathy spent the next two minutes convincing my child that I was a bully. It was a incredibly uncomfortable moment that honestly puts me off from shopping here again.

I absolutely love using the drive-up feature at this business. It is so convenient and saves me a lot of time. Carmen, is always so helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service and convenient drive-up option.

They are horrible at responding to job applications, waits over 3 weeks to respond when most companies responding in a few days, they a vary stuck up store it seems only chooses certain types of people to hire they at the worst part of walmart organization at least walmart stores actually responding to your app within a few days of applying not Sam's club they feel the need to make people wait. Horrible ill never shop there I'll go else where an probably just cancel my subscription and start shopping for groceries at a different store.
