It's very hard to return contacts once purchased from Sams Club. I was loving the savings but when my contacts didn't work it was very hard to return them.

Went to get new lenses. I was given a price around $330. Then an explain they just started using an American processing facility. They were going to charge $59 to install each lense in the frame. In the past i had gotten lenses replased for a reasonable price. I don't know what happened. I went to Costco and paid $129 for the lenses created and installed in the frame.

Went to order contacts and was there 30 minutes before closing Sydney was helping another customer. After waiting 10 minutes she acknowledged us and asked what we needed, I explained, she then asked if I would be using insurance when I answered yes she proceeded to tell me she was too busy to help me I’d have to come back. I understand they are short staffed but to be told she couldn’t help me when I was there 30 minutes early was a bit rude.

The food there is good and arrives fast. No waits, furthermore the prices are high but everything there is amazing.

Go somewhere else. The only good thing about this place was early hour shopping for plus members. I gladly paid the $100 fee for this just for them to let in everyone anyways and then eliminate it all together. They have money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. Go figure they would not honor it. Today they didn't even have soda in stock. Also one of their employees stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. Sam's club refused to hold the employee or themselves responsible. They put profits above the safety and well being of their members.

We went to Sams Club today during the craziness. We had a cashier Denise(I believe that was her name on number 2!) who was amazing. She was so friendly and calm. We left laughing and appreciated her so much!

not after today I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. tried to buy cologne but nobody was at the counter. waited about 15 minutes and a manager at the checkouts noticed us there and said he'd be over in a minute. stood by the counter for another 5 minutes and he never gestured to us and never came over so I left and am very disappointed. was a member for over 15 years. service has been getting worse over that time but this was the worst.
