I know they're safe, the staff shows them so much love, the building is always clean, and I get plenty of pictures/videos of them having fun every day.”

“When I arrive or leave every day I am carrying almost 50 pounds of baby and baby stuff, there was once 4 people standing in the entrance talking and not one offered to hold the door for me. The font on your app is so small I can't read it with my glasses on, I must use a magnifying glass, so sending me notifications 8 times a day is a waste of your time as I am not carrying a magnifying glass around with me. If you need diapers and wipes, for $ 400 a week, you can ask me verbally instead of sending a message in the app.”
