First long distance move for us. Schroeder Moving Systems was professional, and was always available to answer questions. Move went very smoothly. I would recommend.

I strongly discourage potential movers from hiring Schroeder Moving Systems which also goes by the name, Boulevard Moving & Storage in Appleton, WI. The movers were personable but were most concerned with efficiency over care of my belongings and property. They ruined my most favorite piece of furniture, a Mid Century Danish Teak King Platform Bed, with multiple scratches on the sideboard, headboard, and footboard. They also scratched a side table and a floor and wall while moving my belongings into my new house. I've moved four times within five years and have never had such damage to my personal property from a professional moving company. They excused the damage as unfortunate, but typical occurrences within the industry. Given the many moves that I’ve made without damage I wouldn’t call this sort of damage part of the industry standards. There are plenty of moving companies in the area…do not hire this one!

Chris did a great job explaining all costs associated with the move and detailing the walk through. Meghan was great following up with progress during the move and keeping us updated on events. The packing service people were nice and packed everything so that when it arrived there was no damage, and Ian was great on loading and delivery making sure he had a great crew that insured everything was safely delivered and located in the home where we wanted it. Great overall experience considering all that needed to be moved and nothing damaged at all in the process.

We had a great experience with Schroeder. From the initial consultation with Chris to coordination facilitated by Meghan to the on-site services of our packing, loading, and delivery teams, we were highly satisfied with the overall experience.
Moving is inherently stressful, and we had a major move with a family of five. The whole team was out to minimize that stress.
A special thanks and shout out to the guys who worked so hard on our packing, loading, and delivery days: Justin, Ron, and James packed efficiently and securely, and our loading and delivery team of the two Isaacs and Taylor handled all aspects of their jobs like pros -- and with a positive attitude to boot!

Extremely kind, efficient, professional moving company! We are thankful for the expert movers who took the time to make sure all of our things were safely moved. Any questions we had were answered right away. Both the movers and the administrative people were very impressive. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

Chris's and Meghan's team did an outstanding job in making our move as stress-free as a move could be. From start to finish their prompt communication and timely support were critical to a successful move. The Lint Van Line packers did a thorough and careful job. Aaron's leadership and attention to detail for the loading process and the prompt delivery served to solidify our confidence in the entire team. I can't think of any part of the process that could have been improved upon. Thanks to the entire team for helping us make our move.

Second time in 5 years using Schroeder. Both experiences were excellent. We had an epic amount of household and business items to move cross-country and Schroeder exceeded all expectations.
The Move Coordinator's assistance was invaluable and the drivers were confidence instilling. Top flight operation!

The move team was exceptional. All questions were answered promptly and we were well informed the entire way. Very glad we used movers for this move, especially since we were able to load the day before we closed and our items were securely stored over night.
The team of Issac, Taylor and Isaac were very fun to work with and we never felt like we were in their way. They explained what they were doing and listened to all of our requests.

I utilized Schroeder Moving Systems (through United Van Lines) for a move from Green Bay, Wisconsin to Seattle, Washington earlier this spring. My virtual walkthrough with Nick was seamless. Scheduling of the move, including my estimate, was prompt and efficient. The movers that picked up my belongings were extremely friendly, respectful of any fragile items, and fast. My belongings showed up on the day they were expected, almost down to the minute. Only one item was broken (a small desk statue that I did not properly secure - no fault of theirs). Moving is stressful enough as is and most moving companies out there are shady brokers that will hold your belongings hostage until you cough up more dough. No such worries with this company. Do yourself a favor and utilize Schroeder Moving Systems for your next move.

Very easy to get a hold of when you owe them money, impossible if there is any other concern. The actual workers on either end of the move were pleasant and worked very hard. However they were not given adequate time to do the job and the job wasn’t done completely on delivery. Finding a lot of broken things during unpacking. They won’t even return my emails after expressing my concerns, that’s all they probably would have had to do to correct the issue. UPDATE: I see now I got a response… to my review… but there was no interest in my emails before there was a review nor since. They say to call the national 800 number “if I want to talk about my experience”, did me emailing the people who worked in the local office not directly and quite clearly imply I wanted to talk about my experience? Don’t pay them until the work is done fully and correctly, but just go with another option is the the better move.
