the employee who checked me out signed me up for kohls rewards without my consent. also tried to use a gift card and the employee tried it multiple times insisting it had no balance but as soon as i check at home there is a full balance on it. would not recommend coming here.

Maria was by far the best employee to ever help me in any Sephora. Usually I’m greeted my a teenager that doesn’t know much about makeup up. Maria scanned my skin tone and tried 2 different shades and was friendly the whole time! I love love the make up she recommended to me. I hope she is there the next time I go.

I don't wear make up except for eye liner, going into this store is overwhelming. Maria helped a lot, she didn't smirk or laugh when I asked her questions. Super patient and knowledgeable.

Noel was informative and kind in showing me products. Normally I don’t get help when I come in as it’s usually busy but it was a nice change to have her there to help! 10/10 would recommend going there because of her wonderful customer service!

Crowded.
Small confined space. Too many associates working that are clearly bored following you around continuously asking if you need help. I've been to better sephoras.

This is a nice little store inside the kolhs . They are really friendly and nice . Prices a bit high but … it is what it is .

Won’t be back… I asked for a sample of the k18 shampoo and conditioner… got home to find out she didn’t close the sample containers so the spilled together… it’s not going to do anything now. Hate lazy people.

I'm an anxious, introverted person. It might not seem like a big deal, but I was looking for a lipstick. I've never had lipstick that I can regularly wear because it's a lot of trial&error and I can never tell if the color is right for me. That's where Justine comes in.
Justine was patient and cheerful. I didn't feel pressured or self-conscious. With her nonjudgmental assistance, we went through a few different shades. We were successful in the end and this was probably my most stress-free cosmetic store experience in my adult life. I would come back to this location just for Justine.

**I was told I could do a survey at the end of my receipt. The checkout line was long, so someone checked me out with a wireless POS. I opted for an emailed receipt, but I never received an email, so I decided to write about Justine here.

Been to this location many times in the past. Recently went there and has gone down hill. Employees are rude . My daughter and I was looking at products and employee jumped right in front of us grabbing stuff off the shelf . Got rushed out at the check out didn’t even allow time for me to use my points and after all the disappointment, I get home to dried up product (more disappointment) . I recently went back since I was at that location again .. and same thing happened a different employee jumps in front of me and starts stocking up her product as I was still looking at the product in the isle .. never once acknowledged I was standing there and walked away with an attitude and proceeded to act obnoxiously loud with other employees . I finally get to the check out and guess what same woman who checked me out the time before .. she immediately rushed me out again and didn’t even give me time or ask me if I wanted to use my points … let’s just say don’t waste your time going to this location . You’re probably better off ordering online . Place went to trash .. high end make up store with low class .

Horrible customer service. I was in there for 30mins and nobody cares to ask. The employees were too busy applying makeup to themselves and looking at the mirror or touching their phones. SMH. They got so much attitude. Shady people.

I like this place but there reward system is bogus. You have to spend hundreds of dollars just to get $5 off. Don't really see the point. I like to buy fresh products and I think the better route would be just buying the fresh products directly from the company site. They have deals and you get better coupons sent to you through your email.

I feel like every time I go, no one greets me and they only stare at me ? Every time I go now, they tell me my receipt will be emailed to me but it never does. When I check my Sephora account, there is no buying history from the Fox River Sephora at all and I don’t get my points. I don’t have a problem with the buying history and points when I shop at kohl’s Sephora, only the mall Sephora. I’ve even called them and they say they can’t do anything.
