I feel like every time I go, no one greets me and they only stare at me ? Every time I go now, they tell me my receipt will be emailed to me but it never does. When I check my Sephora account, there is no buying history from the Fox River Sephora at all and I don’t get my points. I don’t have a problem with the buying history and points when I shop at kohl’s Sephora, only the mall Sephora. I’ve even called them and they say they can’t do anything.

KYLEE, C. Store manger is absolutely terrible customer. RUDE, angry, just UGLY personality.I went to return my items and was told by so called lead. She and her co worker said refund policy was 30’day. I said I’m pretty sure it’s up to 60 days. As the proceed my receipt they proceed to quote me 30 days. I finally connect to WiFi my phone because the mall service does not connect well. Then all sudden they go um we can’t return these it’s passed 30 days. I pull up the app on Sephora return policy and it’s up to 60 days for store credit. So one of my items was still within the time frame. I said yes please return this item. I purchase the other item back September but I did have to exchange product for wrong shade in October. I wanted to like the product so I kept but it kept making me break out. These employees or lead obviously did not apologize for the 30 day or 60 policy mistakes. The lead didn’t want to return the item that was over 60 days. I said this in calm matter because they don’t even know their own policies shows why the customer services for store is horrible. Instead of choosing to help me the blonde girl with ugly pixie cut and bad blending on foundation proceeds to ignore me and goes “is there anything else I can help you with”Like who says to customer? Trying to dismiss me like I wasn’t even there? There was tons of customers and witnesses behind me. I never yelled or scream or holler. I said this in calm professional way even when they quoted wrong return policies. Anyways the store manger shows up and goes “what’s going what do you want” excuse me who comes in situation and ask customer with that tone? How in world did she became manger. I asked if she was the manger she proudly said yea I’m the “STORE MANGER” yes lady we get ur proud of your title.Your manger and this is how greet customers with tone and attitude. Instead deescalate or greeting me or educating on Sephora refund policy she said no can’t do this can’t do that. I’m like oh when did this change I’m only asking for store credit I realize I’m over the 60 days. She goes nope no we can’t do system can’t do it. So so u want refund on the other item or not?I’m like yes that fine, sure the one item. I say thanks for helping me. And then I proceed to ask for name and badge number and district manger as I would like to file complaint with her attitude her work ethic and how she handles the Situation. After this she did 180 and was like ok If going to yell at her then she will not help return this item? Like excuse when did I yell at about anything I only asked for the refund policy and ur name and mangers name. She goes u continued to yell my lead’points to the blonde girl. I’m like mam I didn’t yell shout or scream I only asked for the refund policy as it’s right as customer to. I’m like there is 5 people behind would you like me ask them if was yelling at anyone? She goes yes u did. I said I only asked for the refund policy I never shouted nor yell at anyone. How in the world would she just lie and embarrass me in front everyone at store. Again the other girl quoted the wrong policy anyways. Then she throws my make up on the counter and goes “I’m not going to help return the other item.” She yells have a good day call CUSTOMER SERVICE and walks away.I love Sephora I shop there all the time. I don’t how you can dismiss and lie about the situation. Sephora has cameras I hope you caught all the on camera so that manger and Review and coach you your customer skills.Flat out calling your customer a lie in front the store. Is not something you be proud. I hope you learn from this mistakes. And yes I left angry and disappointed. Again kaylee c denied to give me last name and district manger.I did have to go back to store to return my other item. A nice other coworker was nice enough to give me her full and and district manger name.I called corp CSR Sephora I spoke Paula and told what had happened. And official complaint and review will be coming to the store.

After many appalling experiences with Sephora over the years regarding employment, customer service and this store in particular, I can no longer, in good faith, continue spending money with Sephora. The convenience of it being in the mall is one thing, but shopping directly on brand websites where there is almost always a sale going on is much more appealing even if I have to wait 3-7 days for a product to show up - especially if it means Sephora doesn’t get a dime. I won’t miss going into a filthy store filled with teenage girls who just try on every tester in the store and make shopping such a miserable experience. And FYI Sephora, your high turnover rate isn’t a secret or shocking to anyone…

I came in this summer and honestly I can live without ever stepping into this place. besides being over crowded by teenagers who aren't purchasing anything but stealing and opening the products and not being helped on the other hand being handed off to someone else since the team leader I suppose didn't want to help me herself was odd. I got the items I needed and left.My total came to $351.87 A few weeks later (since I had a NYC trip couldn't come in earlier) I needed to return three items out of the 14 items I purchased since the urban decay primer I chose doesn't seem to have the same quality as it used to and it wasn't obvious until I opened it. The second Item, a hoola bronzer, was opened when I got home and even had fingerprints on it. and the third item wasn't my shade. so I got back and the lady at the cashier tells me she can't help because I'm ONE DAY over the return time frame.Don't get me wrong I'm not the type of individual who expects preferential treatment, but I've been a beauty insider since I'm 16... I'm 28 now. My friends and I have been helped many times before. anyway, the girl who was working this day wasn't obviously extending such aid to me, and by arguing I wasn't going to get it. so I said ok and left again with these items I don't want, and no way to get my money back. Absolutely terrible service. Next time I'll go to Ulta.

I have a rash that developed as a side effect to immunotherapy drug. It has healed enough that I can start applying makeup to help conceal it. Typically, I don't really like wearing makeup but in this case I really need it! The sales associate was very helpful in selecting various products and she would test it on my skin, asking me questions and listening to my feedback. In the end, I purchased skinfix barrier creme and Nars foundation. Both products are working well and have not irritated my rash at all. Thank you!

I went in today to Sephora and was greeted immediately. All the staff was so so friendly, but one especially stood out to me and it was Allison. I asked her a question and she had all the right answers. She scanned my skin to see what products were right for me and it was so helpful, not only did she do that, she took me over to the right sections and help me pick out a whole new skin care routine. I had so many questions for her and she answered every single one of them. All the staff there is just so nice and helpful!

I went in to look at some items to possibly buy during the sale, and they literally had no samples out of every single popular item I was looking to try. The Dior lip oils, the new Kayali perfume, the rare beauty lip oils/highlighters… All completely taken off of the set. And even if they are out of stock at that store, they could leave the testers out for people to try and buy online. Worst Sephora experience I’ve had in a long time. You can’t just have every popular item unable to be tested.

Went in to make a return from my local Sephora. No questions were asked minus if it was used, but from the time I entered to the time I left, everyone was nice and helpful. Wish that customer service was at my local Sephora in Ohio.
