The tech was not knowledgeable. Did not know the information on type of lenses they offer. They were not entering in information correctly. Had to go get the other tech multiple times to help. Took about an hour and a half to get done. I sat and waited most of the time. Tech was not in the room When the doctor was asking them questions. I had to tell the doctor that the tech had left the room.

My experience was great, the Optometrist was through and I found out about some conditions I didn’t know about. Natasha was very helpful in finding a set of frames that looked good on me. Then she applied my insurance to the cost and I was surprised that my cost was 2/3 less than the original price. This is the second set of glasses I’ve purchased at this location and I will continue to come back. Thanks again.

Sam and garig both did my glasses order when I ordered sunglasses. When my glasses came in they were not tinted. Shopko optical did nothing to help.

I normally do not go to this location, but I was able to get an appointment more quickly here than at the Northland Avenue store. The exam went well, and I was able to find frames that I liked. The lady who helped me place my order was friendly enough. I assume she was fairly new and asked several questions of her co-worker, Natasha. My issue with Natasha was that she would answer the questions as needed and go right back to sitting on a chair, and be on her cell phone. From now on, I will return to Northland Avenue where the staff looks busy. I kinda felt like I was intruding on her Facebook, or whatever she was doing.

I made an appointment for my daughter and I. I personally called and had even had email reminders of these appointments. I got there and they said we didn't have appointments. I showed them the email and texts but they didn't care.

It was so nice! The doctor was very good and patient. Gave information where needed. Explained things very well. The women helping before being seen by doctor were very good and explained things as we went through them. And the man at the end after doctor was awesome helped me understand better ways to get more for my money … such a great experience

Shopko optical don't care about there patient they won't fill out the handicap sticker cause my vision loss i use had them for 4 year bad customer service thy didn't treat me right with field test and all they say they can't help and they charge me for no reason it took them 4 month to referral of other place.i love new doctor at valley eyes they take good care of me and everything set i told them i'm never go back there ever again . the eyes doctor could easy fill it out i have the handicap sticker for reason have fill the form out and dmv like wow bad customer service.

very welcoming staff and Doctor they were kind and professional i have to say they was even so kind to my 6 year old son
