My husband and I were recently in the market for a new to us car. We knew instantly we wanted to get the loan through Evergreen Credit Union. They have been nothing but supportive and helpful on our financial journey. The loan process was easy and quick thanks to the help of Alex Wyman. He was thorough and very personable! He even called us the next day when he realized that we could have even more benefits. It was such an easy process! I reccomend Evergreen Credit Union to everyone I know!

Working with Alex to get our car loan was amazing. He went above and beyond in many ways. Not only was it a super quick turn around, but he stayed late when I accidentally went to the wrong branch, he spoke directly to the dealership on a few occasions to help answer the questions they had for him, and while we were at the dealership, we ended up having to message and call him (after hours) and he offered to go even more above and beyond. We hope to not have to get another car anytime soon, but if we ever need a loan, we're going to Alex right away. Thank you again!

Tom was fantastic to work with! He is great with communicating updates to situations and getting information out to you quickly. With Tom working on our mortgages, we had reliable service provided and not once had to re-do paperwork due to a misstep. We were very impressed by his work ethic and I would certainly recommend him for any and all of your financing needs in the future.

Finance of America might be able to get you a loan quickly, but that's where their customer service stops. I have owned my home less than 2.5 years and in that time, my loan has been transferred 5x including me choosing to refinance BACK with FOA with a verbal understanding that my loan would not be sold to anyone else again. They lied, and it's been sold again. In those transfers, I've had to make new accounts with new companieS which takes them over a month to get into their system, reset up direct pay, re-sign for how my taxes will be decuted, and 2 out of 3 of those times, something went wrong causing no payments to be pulled for 2 or 3 months and then double and triple payments to be pulled. It's been a complete headache and after 2 transfers, when FOA called me to refinance, I brought this concern to them and was reassured that they wouldn't be selling loans anymore. I refinanced, went through the entire account switch and paper signing all over again, and my loan was resold in less than 6 months. This company is only concerned with making a quick buck, not making sure you understand or are satisfied with their service.

Nic was an ideal person to work with. He was dependable, timely, and professional. He answered all our questions regarding the mortgage. He would send detailed videos and graphs that clearly showed us the difference between one loan and the next. It was so helpful and made decision making that much less stressful. I would definitely recommend.
