  I think I finally have found the nail salon for me! I got a full set of acrylics done by the owner today. Paid $55 before tipping, and was in her chair for not even an hour! Super quick, but great quality, and not rushed. My nails were very thin before coming in (prior nail damage from a different salon), so I was a little sensitive when she applied the acrylic monomer/bead stuff on my natural nail, but that is no fault of the nail boutique. Just a reminder for us girlies who get acrylics done often to give our nails a rest in between sets. I also really loved the decor, atmosphere, and loved how it’s smaller and more one on one with the nail techs. I will definitely be coming back for my future appointments!

  We went to the nail salon for a mother's day celebration. We called ahead of time on Monday and they said they could fit four of us in at 1pm and then the three remaining women at 2pm. We got there at 12:45 to pick out colors and to ensure they had enough time. They started to work right away on three of us in spa chairs and one in nail chairs. Everyone else just chates.
  
  After the first groups nails were done. They nail artists moved onto doing the hands of two of us. While we were getting our hands done, three people still hadn’t had any service. As we were getting our nails finished up in a rush job, the person working on me was busy helping these two other clients who came in pick out their colors.
  
  After my nails were (poorly)done the nail tech helping me stopped working with our group and did a pedicure and manicure for the new group. Another woman working there did the same thing.
  
  We now had one nail tech getting through mania as fast as they could. And one person doing the same on pedicures.
  
  Nothing was relaxing. For gel polish pedicure that was not done well. A regular polish manicure that was rushed. My 6 year old daughter got regular polish on her nails and a basic pedicure we spent around 1
  $160. The polish looks terrible. The services were hurried and our group was put on the back burner. We were there until 3:55.

  I have been to many nail salons. From Wausau, Rhinelander, Antigo, Marinette, Shawano, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah and Menasha. I googled for a higher stared one in Appleton and found The Nail Boutique by chance a few months ago.
  I have no words to express how pleased I am with them. The place is clean, it does not smell of chemicals, when I was getting my pedi - I was telling the woman doing my Pedi “Song” that she could scrape my feet with the “cheese grater” if needs be. Song said “Those are not allowed to be used. It’s not healthy for your feet. Use a solution in a bottle and a medium pommel stone. I tell you what. My feet are better then they have ever been. She showed me where to get it online so I could keep it up between visits.
  Song has also done my nails. She is SO patient. I’ve shown her ideas and she does it!!! Like OMG!!!!
  I went in today for “surgery nails” and I left speechless. I love this place. If you are looking for a place that takes their time, uses quality products, its clean - even their bottles of polish are clean - I mean seriously - who does that.
  Take the chance and give them a try. You’ll be glad you did!!!!

  Called to book a service for my daughter and I, the person on the phone never asked what service I wanted just time and date. I showed up at my appointment after driving 45 mins and they had me down for a pedicure which I never said I wanted. My daughter and I left upset . I always used them to do my nails but I will be finding a new nail salon now sadly.
  who ever answered the phone on 3/13/24-at 2:22pm did not ask the consistent questions that I thought I would need to tell them of what service I was looking forward to.

  I got the WORST manicure of my life at The Nail Boutique. She never soaked my hands or put any lotion. She was using Sally Hanson products from Walmart on me. All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn’t remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they’re still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I’m not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn’t of paid. This place is the literal worst.
  
  UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it’s true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case! BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! If the nasty management wants to leave, another ugly deceitful reaction, I’ll upload pictures too they're awful! I definitely got a manicure and a pedicure in this salon. She certainly used Sally Henson cuticle gel on me & made every single nail a different length & shape. I’m wondering if she was even licensed. Not to mention the salon was dirty. Maybe it’s time to call state boards ??‍♀️

  I’d encourage you to continue to look for a new nail salon. Before vacation, the owner did our daughter pedicure rushed through it that she complained when we walked out. I then got home to find my polish was chipping and peeling it was so soft after day one. This business has recently taken over new ownership and mentioned that they have lost customers. We now realize why. We thought we would try a new location but quite disappointed. Owner offered for customer to return, however after such a poor job and work schedule chose not too. Refused to give a refund.

  I was in town for the weekend when one of my nails broke, and they were able to get me in on short notice. Taylor is a wizard and gave me the cutest manicure I’ve ever gotten! I showed her a design and she got creative to make it happen—I swear it’s even cuter than the picture I showed her. I will 100% be back next time I’m in the area.
