We really enjoyed working with our salesperson Pat. She took her time showing us the products when we first started looking. When we came back to buy, she was every bit as good. She showed us all our options, made suggestions on things we might want to get (and explained why) in addition to our bed, but was never pushy and made sure to know any add ons were completely up to us.

Nathan was amazing to work with. My father-in-law was involved in a car accident, and while he was in the hospital we realized that he needed a new bed (old one was 20+ years old and sunk in). I called Nathan, and explained the situation as well as the health needs for a new mattress. Nathan provided options and information that were needed to make a decision. He was quick to respond to any information I needed via text, and I was able to get the mattress ordered without having to leave the hospital. They say not all heroes wear capes, and I guess I'll never know because Nathan took care of business ensuring I didn't have to make the extra drive to the store.

Yes it was a great experience our sales representative was very informative and helpful Nathan and his supervisor were very very helpful and helped us with the process of purchasing a Sleep Number bed awesome

The rating would have been a better rating , if I wouldn't have to be waiting for the 7 to 10 days for delivery of the pillows .

Female sales rep with raspy voice is patronizing and rude. Walked in and told her I was window shopping. I proceeded to walk around and check the firmness of the mattresses by pressing my hand against them. Did this maybe 3 or 4 times until she tells me “walking around and touching mattresses with your hand is not going to tell you anything”
I own a 5k SAATVA mattress and you can 100% determine firmness levels by touching them.
What a weird experience. store was empty too

I purchased a Sleep Number Cal King ILE 360 Smart bed in December and have loved it ever since. There was something that seemed to be missing so I researched the mattress pads. I met with Ezra at the store and he went over the available options and we quickly found that the Comfort Fit layer was the one we needed. What i enjoyed was the low pressure friendly sales approach, even though it was a small item, he just wanted it to be right. He also researched our discounts and applied them. I will definitely be back to work with him and the sales group at the mall. Thank you!

Excellent in store service was able to try out the beds with kids in the store for quite awhile. They brought out toys for the kids to play with and keep them entertained while they showed the beds. No pressure on buying missed the first sale but they called once in awhile to see how they could help and was able to get it the next sale. Haven't had a chance to try the new bed as we just ordered but so far sales experience was great.

Delivered a defective bed. Customer service is the worst! Won't honor their 100 free trial. Won't fix the bed or replace it! Really regret buying the $4500 bed. Will have to get an attorney! Don't make my mistake. Really disappointed!

My husband has been talking to Charlie at this location and he has been great to work with.Dealing with customer serviceOn the other hand is aweful, they don’t stand behind their product and now after only a year and a half they want us to spend another $900 on new foam, not worth the investment. 5 stars for Charlie 0 for sleep number.

Charlie was absolutely the best, no pressure took us step by step through the process. We were just starting our search for a mattress and bought one that night. Highly recommend this store.
