Was fully expecting returning old equipment to be a hassle and major effort. Took less than 3 minutes, and the customer service was fantastic. Well maintained store. Great staff.

I'm so irritated with Spectrum. This is exactly why I never wanted to go back to them after having Fiber.
We have been moved in for less then a week.
Last Friday I had a tach out here to get my 1000 Mbps internet hooked up. He struggled to get a good signal for awhile and then suddenly "okay, you're all set."
The next night I went to download a game and I'm getting 20 Mbps, then 0, then 75, then 0, then 30, then 0, ECT.
So schedule a second tech for yesterday. He does some looking and says the problem is outside. We have bad wiring. Does something. Comes in does a speed test and claims he is getting 800. So Tamra runs one right after and she gets 200. He says well because is test said 800 his system won't allow him to dispatch a maintenance team to fix the line outside. He said they get away with that because spectrum advertises " UP TO 1000 Mbps"
So I get home from work and run a speed test and I am getting between 100 & 140.
So I call and explain everything. I tell them this time they need to send someone that is experienced enough to deal with the outside likes. Yada yada yada. So now I got a 3rd tech coming Friday morning....
You know when I dropped spectrum years ago for ATT Fiber they came out, hooked up the fiber cable, and I never had to talk to any of them ever again. For years I didn't have to call or nothing.
Okay end of Rant. I'm just frustrated.

Price has gone up three times in the last year the number of disconnections and service interruptions has gone up 10 times over the last 3 months and the service in general is not anywhere near the speed they say it is

Internet service sucks. Not worth the price. Better off literally anywhere else with internet and TV service and ESPECIALLY phone service

It's never there fault they can never solve any problems I bought a phone that lages and they said give the phone 3 days I have the phone 4 days then they said it be 50 dollar for me to get a new phone when they sold me a defective phone this place seriously sucks

We had a great experience with their employee Mike. Upgrading our phones & joining their mobile carrier was a breeze. We are also Spectrum Internet users; no issues.

Internet drops in and out constantly. I have limited choices due to where I live. I'm switching to either starlink or bug tussel soon

Straight trash service. My internet disconnects twice a month, I constantly have to manually restart the router or call customer service. I work from home and this has been super frustrating. I cannot wait for a TDS to build their fiber in my area.

Was at Spectrum for a new tablet and was told they would have to ship it to me, when I paid for it and was in the store! Why?? ?Anyway I was told it would be at my house by Friday. Got my tracking number and looked it up to follow tracking and first it said it would be here on Saturday. Ok only a day but no it will not be here until Monday... I called and they will do absolutely nothing about this. Very disturbing and disappointed. My grandson is going to be very upset

Would give a zero if I could. No credit for multiple outages but have to pay for a whole month when you cancel service on the 2nd day of the billing cycle. So glad we are using someone else ar the new house and will be canceling our business service at the end of this billing cycle. Store employee clearly didn't care and admitted he was paid by the hour wither way.
