Worst haircut ever!!!!
I called to be sure someone would be able to do a flat top and asked “Who is the Best”
……
When I sat down and she started to “freehand “ my flat top I knew I was in trouble, but what can you do ????
You’re already committed,and you don’t want to upset the stylist…..
I asked her to straighten out the fade on the sides and she complained about the lighting in the shop….
I have never had a haircut before where they don’t use a comb to guide the cut…..
It is crooked as hell ,and don’t want to go back….ever !!!!!!
Then she charged me $7 to use the shaver on the sides and back…..(literally took 1 minute)
I have never been charged for finishing a haircut…..

I’ve been coming here for a while and always book with Maria—she’s amazing and consistently does a great job. This time, since she wasn’t in, I booked “first available.” Unfortunately, the experience was completely different.
The stylist I got didn’t greet me, ask any questions, or even try to understand how I wanted my hair done. I showed her reference photos, but she didn’t study them or ask how my hair grows or is typically styled—she just started cutting right away. It felt rushed and careless.
At one point, she even asked, “Does your hair normally stand up like this?” after realizing it didn’t look right. I told her no, and tried to explain how my hair usually is, but she ignored me and said, “Don’t worry, I’ve been doing this for 17 years,” then continued snipping randomly. Honestly, it didn’t feel like 17 years of experience at all.
I left with uneven, poorly shaped hair that clearly wasn’t done with care or attention. Definitely won’t be booking with anyone but Maria from now on.

Paid $30 to have to much hair cut off when I was very specific about my haircut, and left the shop with hair clippings all over my shirt cause they didn’t clean it up at all

Really disappointed. Got inline using the mobile app and showed up at 635pm only to find them closed already even tho the door and website say open till 7pm. Thanks for wasting my time

Realized when I got home that there was no blending basically a bull cut. Will not select Joshua again. It's fine I had someone fix it. I'll still be back just not for him. Everyone else is good.
