Lance is an amazing Representative at this particular Store. He deserves a definite raise or promotion for providing the best service. He has patience and goes beyond what is expected of him by his company. He even had a few solutions so that we can view Netflix with ads since out TV doesn't have compatible updates to allow us to view it. We visited the store on Sunday, 2/11/24. I we purchased 2 new phones . He uploaded all our software and we cannot thank him enough! Thank you, Lance!!! at the Darboy Store in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Manager told me I could try a hotspot for 15 days and if I had any issues I could return and nothing would be charged to my account. I got my bill and I was charged for service even though I returned it on the same day. I went into the store and the associate told me to pay the bill and it would eventually get credited back to my account. I think T-Mobile corporate and their stores should get on the same page. This is false advertising

Very unprofessional management. Opens lines that you didn't even ask for when you say forget it. Now I'm stuck paying for 2 lines that I don't need customer service didn't help at all they said it a promotion. Horrible place to have a plan through glad I am switching would not recommend.

great service i have with them Cole is best employee and Sam was so helpful for an old man like myself this technology stuff is new to me I'm glad that they are so responsible to help me with all of my problems as tedious as they were.

Manager quoted us $160 month. When we got our first bill it was $240. We called and she said it would level out. It never did. Only go to this T-Mobile if you want to get scammed and lied to. Don’t trust the manager.

When the time up for upgrade for my phone, t-mobile will not five me another phone and all my bills is paid, installment plan on my phone has paid off, they still refused to give me a new updated phone ... considering terminate the service and get another company that'll provide me a new phone at low down-payment

I went from an iPhone to and android which was intimidating! I'm Not a Techie, But Megean made it a "piece of cake"!I want to describe the 2 women at the Darboy T-Mobile which I would hands down recommend!Megean is a team leader, but I thought she was a manager because of her "UNBELIEVABLE Knowledge, Efficiency, and Bright outgoing personality! She really genuinely HONORS you as a customer, and is polite and supportive when you have questions and while working with you she never fails to greet those arriving at the store. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere which assures you "YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS! KUDOS MEGEAN "YOU'RE THE BOMB!!!!! ( she works weekdays from 10-5)The second gal, I would highly recommend is Meg! Meg is a "little sprite", and although she is more quiet by nature, she has a very tenacious spirit! She doesn't give up until she has figured out the problem, and won't fake it but will "ask" if she needs help. To me, that is an outstanding quality, especially in business. Like Magean, she HONORS you as a customer, and won't leave you high and dry, if the store fills up, because she is there with you until she has figured out the problem! She is a critical thinker and also very observant! Meg, I thoroughly ENJOYED the EXPERIENCE of watching you work! You, two gals, ROCK!That is what I have personally experienced and observed while at the T-Mobile Store in Darboy,WI and I had an absolute POSITIVE experience there, with both these two gals!

Can't recommend this location. Staff added two lines after our conversation ended and I'd left the store. Neither line had authorization. Thankfully Customer Care took care of it, but I'm still out hours of time due to pressure from T-Mobile for store staff to get new lines added.

I walked in unsure of what I was going to switch too or what devices to get. Quickly after walking in, Lance came over and explained what Id need for what I wanted. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and took all the time needed to make sure I got the best service available. Great for conversation while waiting for items to transfer to the new phone, and also made sure everything was hooked up and ready to go before leaving the store. Izaah was also great when Lance had to step away for a minute, continuing on screen protectors for the new devices. By far best in-store customer service I've received by any mobile company! 20/10

Service was so bad. I was requested to go into this store after ,an over eager associate made a sale and canceled my account when i wasnt going to check out with her that day, over a simple inquiry i had from a sale i saw online; locking my account..This store refused to acknowledge me when i returned the following day, per tmobile cs request to go to the same store to unlock and restart the account AGAIN per cs request, THIS STORE instead CALLED the cops and banned me from the store when i protested SAYING: "Tmobile customer service TOLD ME TO COME HERE FOR TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT."They said : "we canceled it already if you don't leave, were calling the cops"But the key is the STORE is supposed to cancel and RESTART my account on their BEHALF for their mistake/commison grabs...I still havent been able to purchase or start my services and left Verizon to do so.HORRIBLE. The girl and young man were blond with glasses. The girl that tried making my sale had orange red hair and glasses.

Dear T-Mobile and the rest of the public:I don't like that T-Mobile didn't take well to my "employers get interviewed also" attitude.When I walk around town there are a lot of people I don't like in terms of social interactions and how people talk with me.At this specific T-Mobile store, I didn't feel right being coerced into being afraid when they took the sim card and SD card out of my smartphone (as a favor/kind gesture (I come from a smaller MVNO rather than T-Mobile)). I didn't feel comfortable/treated fairly when I became dismayed that they weren't interested in me and that was a reason I didn't want to look toward future employment with them. There are a lot of employers in Appleton who don't understand/accept the idea of getting interviewed by potential employees, and it is very toxic for me to think about all these people.I view Appleton as a very disrespectful (and unethical) city and take favor in this opinion.-Grant Edward Vollrath.

Lance was great! He helped me get set up with my new service. Explained everything really well - was patient with me and answered all my questions (I had a lot!). Went through everything with me thoroughly and made the set up go smoothly. I never felt pressured to buy anything, he mentioned I should get certain things as a precaution, but when I declined them - he was never pushy about it. Highly recommend working with him if you need anything at this store. I only seen 3 other employees and they were very friendly as well, I'm sure they would be a great help, also! My new cellphone and home internet is going great for me so far - 5 stars from me!!

Came into store and got a new line activated by Lance. He activated a number from Florida even though I wanted a Wisconsin number. Came back into store very upset and worked with Connor. He told me about a good deal with an iPhone trade in, and got me a new line with a Wisconsin number and completely changed my mind about t-mobile. If it wasn't for him I probably would've cancelled my service.
