They're very consistent and have good quality drinks for a chain coffee shop.Seating is typically available in restrooms are typically clean.Online ordering works well and drinks are typically approximately ready on time.The staff is generally friendly and well-mannered.

I went here today for my daughter's birthday. I had the app with my daughter's name and birthdate on it they then wanted to card my five year old for a drink... I have been to several Starbucks in several states and the reaction from the person who claims to be a supervisor was disappointing to say the least. When I was trying to explain that this is my daughter's account, I have done this in past years for her and never had a problem, and showed her the birthday in the app she talked over me trying to tell me I can't use my account for my child even though it was a separate account. When I said "no thats not what I meant" she freaked out and said "omg just give it to the lady because I'm not going to sit her and argue with her" then stomped off. Mind you if she wasn't willing to give it to me I would have used my own account that had enough points to get two free drinks. I was just trying to figure out why it was an issue this time and never before. I spend so much money at Starbucks and am there constantly I have never been treated so poorly. My advise stay away from this one and go to Mensha Starbucks they know how to properly speak to people and explain when there is on issue.

Took 20 minutes for myMobile Order and asked to pickup in drive thru and ended up having to go into the store. Messed up My order on top of it. Go to a different Starbucks.

This store 75% of the time messes up my order and I no longer go here because of it. They blame it on how busy they are, yet they never seem to fix their staffing. I’ve had three daughters work here and they’ve all left for other stores, except one, who was fired because she swore once and no customers heard when she burnt herself, and called in sick ONE time (I called her in due to Covid).

Ok so I have ordered both online and in-store. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it is absolute garbage. I picked up my drink today and it wasn't all the way full. This isn't the first time it's happened either but I figured I'd give it another chance. I've had enough of it though. I pay $7 for a drink that doesn't even get filled all the way it's ridiculous. Maybe teach your baristas to make a full drink.
