I had a wonderful experience with Storage Sense. I struggled with a discount code when reserving a unit and I was helped in person then it was applied to my account. I also got to view multiple different units than the one I initially reserved which was beyond helpful in deciding which size would work for my needs. This was all around a great experience and will keep storage sense in mind for myself and others in the future.

A great place to rent temperature controlled storage. I have a fashion boutique and have jewelry and apparel safely protected. The staff is helpful and professional too. Thanks!

The employee's were great, greeted us, showed us around and listened to our concerns from a previous storage disaster. Told us about the hefty security the facility has and were generally friendly. Really nice and clean facility with plenty of parking. I'm really glad I chose to store our stuff there, it feels secure.

The units are clean and seem new. Being able to drive in is really great. Good to have an elevator and carts for moving heavy things.

Booking was easy, Jacob was very helpful and understanding of my situation as a student, and the storage prices are reasonable. Having this storage unit close to me is a HUGE blessing.

My son goes to Lawrence and for the second year now we have rented a storage space at Storage Sense to keep clothes, household goods, a refrigerator, and other items over the summer instead of moving them back and forth from out home state. Jacob has helped us both times and is phenomenal at answering questions, helping with paperwork, and ensuring we are satisfied with our rental experience. He is always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself is great! The units are indoors (a plus especially in summer and winter), climate controlled, and always kept clean. I really enjoy the carts/trolleys that are available to help you move stuff from your car to your unit. Storage Sense has been a great experience all the way around!

When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and provided me with all the information I would need for the facility. He even explained how the lock worked and walked with to show me where the unit was located. Overall a very pleasant and seamless experience.
