I like working with Suess Electronics, they are helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have made several purchases over the years and always feel that they really appreciate the customer. I have a complicated system for the average person. Hank was the support staff that set up and trained me on the equipment. He was great; patient, and knowledgeable - give him a raise! :). My dad purchased a new TV and stand from Suess; he had them install it. He was so pleased with them I went to Suess too.Knowledgeable, friendly staff. So glad I had them install my new TV because I would have been lost.

Residing 20+ miles north of Green Bay, we decided to visit Suess on the recommendation of multiple friends.Our sales person Rick took the time to explain the unique features offered by several manufacturers. He assured us that on delivery day, everything needed to install our new TV, move our existing TV and attach the sound bar would be on the truck. Delivery was scheduled within a few days. The delivery team Chris & Max were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. As promised they had everything needed on the truck, problem solved installation of the sound bar and made sure we knew how to use our new purchase.We are very happy with our Seuss experience and will recommend them to friends. We will be back when we need to purchase electronics in the future!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can call with a question, and get a helpful answer. The repair and servicce shop is top notch. A great place to do business.

Carefull. They like to do bait & switch, which is illegal. They did this to me when buying a TV back in 2007.

Needed a projection screen cleaned and other filter replacement tasks. Suess was quick to respond and did the job expeditiously. Have used them to replace a tv/ceiling mount protector and definitely recommend them.

Not helpful at all. I needed a specific repair of a power board. No I don't want to pay you 90$ to look at it then more to repair it. Just switch it and I pay you that. No businessfrom me

Do not ever purchase from Suess Electronics in Appleton. They do not support their customers or products, and they dismiss technical issues with products they sell as not their problem. I purchased a high end (expensive) TV from them: the first one had a bad screen right out of the box, the 2nd one has flaws in its memory or control card. Their management couldn't even admit that two bad TV's of the same model is concerning. "Things break" is what they say, and apparently having two bad TV's back to back is no big deal. After their tech came out to visit and witness the problem, their ultimate answer is it's a problem with the network. AT&T came out, replaced all the gear in the house and ran tests... the network is as good as it would ever be. But Suess passes the buck because they can't find the problem or at least admit something is not right with the TV. They just want you to accept a flawed product so they can get you off their plate. They don't want to do the right thing in providing a fully working product, they are more concerned with getting your money and parting ways so they don't have to make a situation right. Their customer service is great, until something doesn't work, then they want you to go away and accept flawed products so they don't have to support the customer or do what's right.

I wanted to purchase a higher-end stereo system for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger, and then I went to Suess Electronics. There, I met a Sales Associate by the name of Bill Demke. Bill assessed my audio needs, answered all of my questions, assisted me with product selection (he even contacted the manufacturer of the brand that I wanted to buy in order to obtain additional information that I needed so that we could make the most appropriate product selection), and arranged for in-home set-up. And Bill/Suess Electronics did all of this for a very competitive price. If you're looking for something more than the same-ole same-ole of a big box store, go to Suess Electronics and ask for Bill.

Bill Demke is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting me in my purchases. A key factor for me in choosing Suess is their service and repair capability. Big box stores can not compete with Suess level of service.
