I've been ordering for curbside pick up for several months and have never had issues with UNLESS I order animal food. Any other time I order cleaning or whatever it's always ready within about an hour BUT when it comes to pet food I almost ALWAYS cancel because with waiting over 4 hours for something that was done at 10am for same day pick up and still not ready by 4 it's ridiculous!!!! It was supposed to be ready BEFORE 4pm. I'm giving them 2 stars for this fact alone because this is a habitual issue!!

Obviously love Target but this one is subpar. I've had several bad experiences here as they are very disorganized and don't do a good job training their personnel (I used to work at a target as a teenager & know a smoothly run store when I see one). This time my cashier was rude & condescending & extremely unhelpful, even after I went all the way across the store & back for a lamp stand with the bar code on it (the initial one we had grabbed was missing its barcode, after she kept us waiting ten minutes while her and another coworker tried looking it up..meanwhile I have two kids getting crabby & restless. After looking it up they told me it was a price $15 over what it was marked as. So I said I'll go back for the one in the discount section that actually had the price tag on it. After getting back she is still arguing with us and actually talked in an accusatory way as though I was somehow swindling a price drop or something it was so rude & disrespectful. During this entire time no supervisor came over to help these girls who clearly have no idea what they're doing. I now have a crying kid and another whining kid while this worker is accusing us of possibly getting her in trouble... as if we're doing anything wrong.....unbelievable. & meanwhile we're wasting our afternoon away trying to remain as patient as possible in an incredibly frustrating situation. A supervisor FINALLY came to help as we were walking away after her finally selling it to us. Worst store experience I've had in a while & the first time I've gone out of my way to review a store for its continued disappointment.

This Target store is understaffed. After waiting for 10 minutes at the Tech counter I called the store and pressed 2 for electronics. The person who answered the phone said he knew nothing about electronics and was just covering for the person who was on a 31 minute break. He said that person should be back in about 15 minutes. While I waited 2 other customers came and pressed the button for service. A worker showed up and called to find out how to turn off the button and told us he knew nothing about phones. Still waiting.... Anyone heard of customer service?

This store reminds me why I shop on line at Amazon. Service and selection are terrible. Came to this Target because the Fox River Mall Target was worse. If I could I would give them a "0". I'll take my home delivery from Amazon.
