For my salad I asked for mustard to avoid the sugars of other dressings. The lady said they only had small packets, that they don't have bottles.Later after emptying 20+ packets on my salad the manager asked how things were going and naturally I asked about the mustard packets.Simply put, the manager said they can't afford to buy bottles of mustard because they don't use enough of it.For whoever is unfamiliar with this location, it's packed every night, 30-60 minute waits are a regular occurrence. But even with wild success, they can't afford a few bottles of mustard. What else can't they afford? If mustard is unaffordable, there is a long and concerning list of other expenses that may be shorted because they're, "unaffordable."Is throwing away old food also "unaffordable"..?What about deep cleaning the kitchen? What about supplying enough gloves to avoid cross-food-contamination?What about changing fryer grease? Is your food even safe? If the power went out and the chilled food became warm, would you throw it away it? I doubt it.This isn't about affordability, this is about cutting corners to save pennies.

The food is perfect. It all depends on tbe time of day. Usually on buissy days you can tell the food isn't made with love. But if it's a casual day then the is top tier. I get the chicken critters, and the cactus blossom. Both are amazing l. Chicken I'd good and all but last time I went the chicken tasted like it had sat out for a couple days. It was tuff and chewy. I do recommend for little kids to get the sliders. The sliders are amazing. I absolutely love them. The service is good. The service is awsome. If you come often the waitress will slide you a side of bread without asking. I have had some bad times where the workers are pretty disrespectful but overall I reslly do enjoy it. The atmosphere is awsome. Yelling happy birthday to a stranger or just watching the packer game. They have it all. This place makes you feel like a good old country bar. I do trully enjoy coming to this place.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.Parking: Easy but good luck finding a spot to park cause it's always busyKid-friendliness: Waitress are very nice with kidsWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessibility

Although it was busy once we were seated, service couldn't have any better. Waitress was spot on (sorry, I forgot her name). Management even took rounds to see that everyone was doing well.

Appleton store is worst I have been to. 4/5/24 around 1:30 pm, waited for hostess 5 minutes B4 she came (only ones in line) - no greeting, no apologies, just said wait by the wall. Fish was thinner than normal, very salty, chili had way too many onions piled on top, my sweet potato was 2/3 size of my wife's. My wife's 'roadkill' was ordered - 'no pink' but was medium rare. We didn't want to wait even longer to have food re-prepared.Waiter was talking to couple at next table about dating owners daughter, his school, major, & all the golf courses he plays in the area while our drink glasses were empty. After his long conversation, went to back w/o looking at other tables. We had to stop him walking past us, to ask for refills. There was plenty of staff at the time, lunch rush was over. We are regulars at Green Bay location and will choose locations while traveling - never had such experience at Texas Roadhouse before. Very disappointed!!

Food is amazing! Server was attentive but forgot to bring us sides and refills. Atmosphere is too loud with music, people like to have conversations in restaurants

Went on a Saturday afternoon about 3ish. Wow, super busy. Once we saw the over flowing lot. Parked and called for reservations which they don't really do. Advise to download the app. Enter your profile and they message you when you're up next. Be quick because they only wait 5 minutes or so because they believe you're waiting outside or in house. Once you're situated all is good. Appetizer came out hot and entrees were on que. Restaurant is packed with all tables occupied and the service is pretty good. Amazingly orchestra. When you go plan ahead for the wait and if you get there later in the day, some popular cuts of steak are sold out.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not automatic. Once you're inside, proximity of tables/ booths to aisles are very tight, but not impossible.
