Just bought my dress from The Bridal Event! Izzy was AMAZING to work with. She was so kind and supportive and pulled amazing dresses that were just what I was looking for. I even went back for a second appointment the next day to re-try on the dress I loved. Not only did I luck out being able to buy my dress off the rack, Izzy brought the sale price down for me even more, which I truly appreciated. It was such a great experience that I will never forget. I highly recommend making your appointment at The Bridal Event and asking for Izzy!

I found my dream dress here! Izzy was the best and helped me feel so comfortable. The try on experience is so fun, personable, and there were so many different options to choose from. I had my first appointment here and found a dress I absolutely loved but wanted to keep my other appointments so I could compare. They ended up staying open late just for me to come back, try on my dress one more time, and popped some champagne when I said yes to the dress!

When I called to make an appointment I was never told that there was a specific number of people I had to stay with in bringing. 2 days before my appointment they called to confirm and asked how many people I would be bringing. They said it would be difficult to accommodate that amount of people, which was 2 extra people, (that included myself) and the other one being a 10 year old that wanted to watch.. why didn’t anyone tell me this when I made the appointment originally, especially when we all basically cleared our schedules months prior? When I got to my appointment, I was told that I would be the only one picking out gowns along with the consultant (that is basically a stranger to me).. who makes brides shop by themselves? When they could tell I was upset they allowed me 2 people due to the “large group” that I had, meanwhile another bridal party was up there with 4 other girls picking dresses out? I felt very rushed, this whole situation made my entire appointment awkward and embarrassing to my “large group”. I then left a 1 star review for my experience. I was called within a day by the manager, basically her justifying the way everything was handled was due to the size of my group, and was basically told that it’s common sense not to bring this many people. I don’t think that was appropriate at all. I know my group was “larger” with 2 extra people, but then I should have been told when I originally made the appointment.

I FOUND MY DRESS BECAUSE OF IZZY. I visited one place before the Bridal Event and did not have a great experience. Izzy made me feel so comfortable and confident in every dress I tried on even if it was not the one. I did not feel any pressure to purchase before I was ready. The Bridal Event was amazing. It truly was a memorable day. THANK YOU IZZY!!

My husband and I came to Appleton for a wedding and he may have forgotten his dress shoes at home in Texas. He stopped in here day of with a few hours to spare and they were amazing!! So helpful and got him everything he needed for his tux! Buttons, cuff links and of course shoes. They were also accommodating with us flying out the next day even though they would be closed- working with us! We can't thank them enough for truly saving the day!!

Used the Bridal Event to rent tuxes for my wedding. Everything was going smoothly leading up to our wedding, employees were friendly. The week we had to pick everything up is where things went wrong. 7 of 9 rented tuxes were too short/too long. When they found out we were disappointed they wouldn't offer an apology. Instead, told us this is all normal and adjustments usually need to be made. I've stood up in several weddings the past few years going through other tux rental companies and never had this many people have to get adjustments. Would not recommend for tux/suit rentals.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My dress finally came in and I go to try it on and the zipper was already broken- which I know is the designers fault not theirs- I wait another 3 weeks to get another zipper sent over and I only get a $125 refund on a $1500 dress. Then they kinda just shove me out the door with my broken dress and tell me I'm on my own. I finally find someone who can fix it and when we start to figure out what alterations I need we realize they ordered me way smaller of a dress than I need... The young girls at the store clearly don't know how to measure you for dresses they even measured me with a bra on and I think that's what messed it up. The dress ended up ripping at my reception cause the quality of it was so poor and eventually had to take off my dress cause it was so broken.

Very good experience with Andi at The Bridal Event. Typically, Saturdays are reserved for appointment only (which I didn’t know) but Andi was quick to help us find bridesmaid dresses. She is sharp, efficient, and very good at her job. Coordinating 3 girls through many many dresses is no easy feat but she was very attentive and helped us all find a dress that we liked and gave special attention to the bride’s wishes for color coordination. Very impressed! Thanks Andi!
