We come here every year and usually it’s a good experience, although the pieces are expensive. We made a mosaic this year and paid them to grout it which was expensive and then when I picked it up it was chipped (probably from being dropped by the workers) the sides were painted very sloppy and they got paint on the pieces on top of our mosaic.

better price labeling, i thought i was paying $35.99 per piece i painted turns out they were $49.99 a piece it would be better to write the price on the piece now im down an extra $30 i didnt expect to spend

We've been here twicd for family days and we always have so much fun. It's so cool to be able to go somewhere closeby and do art we otherwise wouldn't have the ability to.

We had our granddaughter's 11th birthday party at The Fire and I cannot say enough how awesome it was! There were 9 kids and they had their own room to paint in and just hang out and the staff was so accommodating! We ordered the birthday plate where all the kids put their thumbprint on it and then one of the worker's painted it to make all the thumbprints look like monkeys with their names on them. What a great keepsake - it turned out so awesome!!! We highly recommend holding your next party at The Fire - very reasonably priced and all the kids will have a keepsake from the party as well!! We will definitely be doing this again!! Thank you to all the staff - you helped make her birthday so special!!

Love this place! Nice variety of projects and glazes to choose from. Staff was welcoming and informative and doesn't make you feel pressured to get in and out quickly. If you don't finish a project, you can go back and finish later (just keep your sales receipt). Will definitely be going back!

The staff is so friendly, patient, and willing to help you make the best project and let your dreams come to life. It is truly a special place to make something you will always have and remember, with people so dear to you. I have been here with my mom twice, and will definitely come again!

This is a perfect spot for those who enjoy crafting with paints and pottery design. During the few times I have been here, there has never been a lack of clientele, and in fact I would highly suggest you come early due to the speedy uptake of real estate. The staff is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable with their efficient process, while taking initiative and pains to ensure everyone has the equipment necessary to enjoy a full experience. I'm not particularly crafty but keep coming back for the experience, which I believe may be making me crafty. This is a doorway hobby in a safe-space.Full marks.- JRR

For an evening out with the family this is definitely a place to go! Be creative and artsy from ceramic painting to glass melting. I will definitely return with my family.

As a new customer, I would have liked a little more direction. Selections were limited and prices seemed a bit high. Staff was friendly.

The Fire offers fun entertainment for any age group. While there, I painted ceramic critters with a friend, but they also offer a few other options for crafts to complete.The staff were very friendly and informative which was nice as I haven't done anything like this since grade school.This is a great place to stop if you want to enjoy some really cool crafts without spending a fortune on the materials needed to get started.

Such a fun place!! Went with a small group of friends and really enjoyed ourselves! They have a nice selection of glaze colors and they provide everything you need!! I am so excited to pick up my final product! I will definitely be back again!!
