Poor customer service! Went in with my fiancé with the intention of purchasing a gun, already knowing which one we wanted. Neither of the two employees said anything to us when we walked in and were talking to each other the whole time we were there. We waited by the guns for 10 minutes for one of them to come help and they continued talking with each other, completely ignoring us. We eventually left and they didn’t say anything to us on the way out either. There was only one other customer in the store at the time so it’s not like they were busy. Very disappointing as we would rather support a smaller business over a chain store. Left and went to a chain store and had someone offering to help right away. They missed out on an easy sale today…

I had a couple rods that were damaged in shipping. The staff at the store took care of everything, worth the 1hr 45min drive for me. Please support your local businesses.

Like the store but very disappointed when I looked at the receipt at home and saw they charged me 4% for using my credit card. Will be my last visit. I can go elsewhere for less. Scheels beats them hands down

A fishing store owned by people that actually fish. They explained what I should get for the fishing I was trying to do. Everyone was very friendly, in an out catching fish a few hours later.

Stopped off here this past weekend. I mainly fish for bass and I can confidently say this place has everything you need for a succesful day on the water. They carry a lot of quality brands that can be hard to find in a brick and mortar shop like Megabass and Damiki as well as your industry staples like Zoom, Berkley, and Rapala. Rod and Reels selection was solid with options from numerous reputable brands. Pricing was competitive. This place is a one stop shop!

I love this store and how helpful and knowledgeable the folks working here are. They are outdoorsmen themselves and use their products. This is great when you want some honest feedback from someone in the business and who’s used a multitude of rods or reels. I had a guy in the reel area spend 25 min going over reels with me and what he liked best about each one we looked at. Asking me how I fish and what I wanted to use it for. I don’t always want to go into deep conversation with folks at stores and they seem to be good and knowing when to go and when to walk away. They have a very large selection and often have stuff you won’t find elsewhere. The location is nice and you don’t have to go to the mall or anywhere near it and that I love! Thanks for all the help and having an awesome store like this!

My buddy was asked the owner if he had any .32 French Long ammo. The owner proceeded to laugh in his face and call him a "faguette". Really weird.Edit: It was a new hire.

Excellent customer service. Willing to help find solutions and answer questions . Only downside is discontinuing air rifle selection. Definitely recommend over Scheels or sportsmen!
