Top Nails in Appleton is my spot to go to for both pedicures and manicures! The staff is friendly, professional, and always takes their time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails look amazing every single time, and the atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Maisue is no longer working at Top Nails on Perkins Street Appleton. She is independent at MST Nails. Located by UPS on Integrity Way. If you make an appointment with Top Nails with Maisue they will tell you she doesn’t work weekends or on maternity leave well this is all false literally. Some other nail tech will portray themselves as Maisue rest assured she no longer workers there!!!!!!!!!!

After 2 WEEKS you need a FILL on acrylic
Hello bonnie & beth. I apologize on behalf of Top nails and spa appleton. I’m sorry to hear that every Nail Salon you have ever been to has never been satisfying. Sadly, two weeks after your services you weren’t satisfied with this salon either.
This is Ren. I worked on Bonnie‘s pedicure and acrylics. In our system, you two had your services on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Your complaints were made on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, which marks exactly 2 weeks. Acrylics need a FILL after TWO WEEKS and if there was one nail that started lifting at exactly two weeks then that’s why the nail Salon industry always recommend an acrylic fill after after TWO WEEKS. I hope you can understand that, and hope you can comprehend the two week requirement for all nail services.
Again, I apologize for Bonnie’s toenail colors that doesn’t match, since bonnie chose two colors that were from different brands. The toe color was Regular nail lacquer and the color on her finger nails were acrylic gel colors from a different brand. We also have matching colors that are the same colors in dipping powder, acrylic powder, regular nail lacquer, and gel polish in the book that is the brand ANTHONY VINCÉ. I’m sorry if I failed to notice any other further details besides the clear fact that Bonnie looked at her toenails and fingernails and was absolutely happy when she walked out.
Yet, Bonnie didn’t actually want to leave due to a rejection from the female owner denying to donate FREE gift cards to a charity church event Bonnie was organizing. Bonnie couldn’t take “THREE NO-s” for an answer. She was so persistent until the owner’s husband finally agreed to give $100 FREE GIFT CARDS (two gift cards, 50 each) as a donation to the charity church event and Bonnie offered to provide free-advertisement for our salon.
** The owners reached out through phone for a solution but no answer. I hope you would give us a second chance one day. God bless.
I apologized to Beth. Lisa tried her best at first and also fixed your nails for free after a week.
At least all of bonnie’s TEN NAILS are STILL ON FOR TWO WEEKS and lifting of one nail is always bound to happen after two weeks, that is why in the Nail Salon industry, professionals usually suggest getting a FILL after two weeks. Usually all nail services will last only up to two weeks or longer if there was personal proper care for your own nails at home. Oily nail beds also is another reason nails lifted.

July 10th 2025 Beth and I went to Top nails for pedicures and acrylic nails.Gave girl my color for pedi and nails she put blue nails on did not match.Less than 1 week 4 nails fell off from Beth went on 18th put nails back on Beth.6 nails fell off and today the 22nd she has 2 nails on her 10 fingers.One of my nails is going to fall off.We are so dissapointed on the quality of their work and will not go back.

I came here for the first time July 1st, I paid $65 for a set of acrylics. I thought they were super cute and looked exactly how I wanted. I’ve been getting them done at a few different places around town, and I’ve never once had them break. 2 days after getting them done, one broke. Granted, I did put pressure on it, but no more than I’ve done in the past. I don’t know if it was the tech, or the product, but they shouldn’t break 2 days after they’re done. I suggest going to a different salon if you want strong nails.

My nail tech was absolutely enjoyable. Also, I went in with a gift certificate that i forgot i had until I cleaned out my hanging mail sorter, dated 9/2023, and they accepted it.

I have been going to Top Nails for years now and they never disappoint! Vanessa hands down is one of the most talented nail person I've went too! I told her to do her thing and she went over the top this time! Absolutely love them!
