Jeff was an amazing associate. They have a great selection in order to find exactly what you want and we even left got the shoes we got them a little dirty and he helped us out directing us how to clean them in the future and cleaned them for us at that moment. Along with many laughs and great conversation, Jeff made me and my friends want to stay in the store just to chop it up! Great job Jeff at tradehome shoes in the fox river mall!

Ivana was awesome. I went to buy a pair of replacement shoelaces for some boots I had bought here about a year ago. She looked for a pair for purchase and wasn’t able to find one, but did give me a complimentary pair that perfectly matched my boots and offered to shine the boots. $0. I will definitely come back and buy another pair of footwear here. Excellent service! Thanks Ivana!

Henry knew exactly what I was talking about with my feet.
I have very flat feet & my old prescription inserts weren't working for me anymore. I had so much pain & cramping in my feet.
Henry got me in a perfect shoe for work & set me up with support inserts, that I can use in all my shoes.
Saving me $100's with not having to go get prescription inserts. Thank you Henry!

My wife, and I visited today at the Fox River Mall. She had an excellent experience in this store getting new insoles for her shoes. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff made her visit well worth the trip to the valley. We will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend.

Today was our first time in Tradehome shoes and we were greeted with a smile and fun personality of the store manager Jeff. He helped my college daughter find a new pair of On Cloud shoes with additional “Cadillac” inserts. His personal skills were impeccable and his knowledge of his shoes and what my daughter would like was amazing! And we found out there is also a store right near her in LaCrosse too! I have never been so happy to spend money on shoes today! Highly recommended and thank you for being so kind and personable Jeff!
