Very happy with my purchase experience through Trail Built-Off Road. My wheels and tires came packaged very well. The tires were mounted in the correct orientation on the wheels which a lot of shops fail to do. The tire pressure sensors were programmed correctly, and were recognized instantly by my truck. The tire balancing was also spot on, and I have zero vibration at any speed. I was also provided with great communication throughout the whole process. Overall I couldn't expect much more from my purchase experience, and will definitely look to Trail Built Off-Road when it is time for future purchases.

Second time I purchase wheels with this company and they didn't disappoint. This time around I went with the complete wheel and tire package. Had customer support since day one about some issues but they were resolved quickly and without any hesitation. The people were friendly and adequate. Definitely sticking with these guys for my next purchase.

Spoke with Richard. He helped pick out the correct size wheels for my truck. He gave me several options. We wrapped the new wheels in Terra Grappler G2 tires. Mounted, balanced, tpms sensors and lugs. All expertly packaged and delivered on a pallet. Wheels fit perfectly. We achieved the exact look I was going for. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you!!

Tee shirts that I last purchased were really well made, perfect fit, are holding up great, and we're om sale ! Can't complain about that.
