*******DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE****** Went there after cleaning the hood of my car and deciding instead of doing it my self I’ll go through the car wash. Went there straight from my house and after going through the wash got out to make sure the dirt I wanted cleaned was gone. Noticed 2 gashes into the metal of the hood. Went straight to an employee and filled out an incident report and then stopped in the next day to speak with the regional manager. Was told no way it could have possibly been from there car wash and they will not do anything to help. I take very good care of my car and usually don’t use places like this. Customer service was terrible and manager couldn’t have cared less. Before he even saw it told me it couldn’t have caused damage like that but hadn’t even seen the damage. The kid working that Sunday had also stated another customer had just complained about scratches to his vehicle the day before after going through their car wash. Stay far away from this place.

I used to think this location was one of the better run car washes in the area, but the last few months, I've seen a big decline. Half the soap, wax, etc. lines are plugged, and now I get water spots, too. I'll definitely have to move on from Tsunami when my subscription runs out in a few months if things don't improve.

WARNING THIS CAR WAS WILL DAMAGE YOUR CARS FINISH. LAST VISIT MY CAR WAS SCRATCHED UP BAD. Ill be canceling my membership. Free vacuums. Free paper towels and cleaners. Not a touchless car wash. Should take a picture before and after because sometimes your paint gets chipped, also scratches everywhere on the car. I'll post a photo. I say stay away they offer deals for a reason. I don't think the cleaning pads are cleaned and replaced when needed. Use Kwick Trip touchless from now one. I may look into getting attorney involved because the damage gets worse each visit.

First of all, the employees are very nice and the facilities are kept clean. However the dryer blowers are not positioned to dry my car properly. I end up having to hand dry 50% of the car. I don't think they provide an under carriage wash either. After one wash, I decided to cancel my monthly membership. Unfortunate, as it's a nice facility and close to my home.

Gets my SUV pretty clean, but the back of it ends up not getting too dry so I usually bring a microfiber and just dry it off afterwards if I’m worried about spots

Just ok. Friendly service but car not always clean afterwards. Last time before I cancelled my subscription, a soapy film was left all over my car.

The first time I've been there, the double wash does an excellent job.Update. I think the service is slipping a little they no longer preload the whole vehicle, like when I first started with them. There's a lot of washes around like them, maybe ti.e to try others out.

The car wash itself is great, no complaints. However, after being talked into unlimited car washes for $10/month for 3 months they continued to charge my card $20 every month after that. I was told when signing up that if I don’t return after the three months is up that my card will not be charged. It took multiple phone calls and emails in order to get ahold of corporate to address the issue, all for management to “deny my refund” for 4 months of car washes that were not used and I did not authorize for them to charge to my card.

Worker that works there are lazy and doesn't care to spray down car before your car starts to enter the wash process.
