AVOID THIS PLACE if you need to rent a U-haul! We reserved a truck to move 30 minutes across town, only used around 50 miles that day and were charged for 125 miles. I reached out to U-haul and we’re essentially told that unless we had proof, we weren’t getting our money back. They even charged us a $30 late fee over these charges we didn’t owe them. It’s been a month and all this shady place has done is avoid me.If you rent a truck, TAKE PICTURES, this is the type of place that will screw you over! They make up random numbers for your mileage apparently.Shame on you, Shane (manager). Run this place better, that’s my hard-earned money you stole from me, and who knows how many others…..

Sarah was so helpful and professional! The vehicle was clean and ready to use at my appointment time, would highly recommend this location! They also have equipment you can rent for plumbing and housewares which is a bonus!

No major issues here, except with pricing. Budget truck is usually one of the cheapest & Penske is the most unreasonably priced. At any place, I would reserve a vehicle ahead of time, like weeks before you are going to move. Also, try to avoid moving at the beginning and ends of each month because they jack up the prices of rentals.

They are closed on the weekends which is when people need then most. Employee that helped us seemed like he wanted us to just leave.

Although truck was rented for 24 hours, the store started calling me 6 hours ahead of time to get me return the truck ahead of time. The store employees called me multiple times over a period of 2 hours leaving voice messages ranging from demanding I return to pleading. The folks at the store are unprofessional and incompetent. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the truck was clean.unlikely to rent with uhaul again.
