Mark was extremely knowledgable and helpful! I've moved 4 times in the last 2 years, rented U-Hauls every time from different location but this one was by far the best experience. Mark made everything smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for my next move.

Rented a trailer. Picked it up Sunday and was able to drop it after hours Sunday night for no charge. The trailer was clean and in good shape. The guy working that Sunday was great and hooked everything up for me. Will use again next time I need a trailer.

Noltes Towing Appleton was top notch and I would definitely rent from Noltes again! They keep their trucks and trailers very clean and were very helpful attaching the trailer to our car, Noltes is a great team! Thank you, Lori

I had to rent a UHaul last minute to pick up a washer and dryer. I called 15mins before closing to Mark, and he was so kind to stay and wait for me to arrive and rent a U-Haul to me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed, willing to show me rates if I did a return/one way, brought my dolly up to the U-Haul, had me check the gas and mileage, asked me if I needed anything more, plus stayed beyond working hours. He was extremely patient and awesome to talk too! Thank you so much Mark for helping me and truly giving me one of the best experiences I’ve had at UHaul! Definitely a location I would recommend especially with Mark! He definitely deserves praise and a raise! Thank you so much for blessing us this weekend!!!!!!!! Lord bless you!

Mark is excellent! Super friendly and professional. He will guide you through if you are not really familiar with driving a big truck or hauling a trailer. If you need to a U-Haul to help you moving, this is a great place to choose. Highly recommended!

The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kind but unfortunately she didn't give me the full details of when the due time to return the truck was. I was told that I was able to return the truck anytime from open to close. I returned the truck "30 minutes past my due time" so I was charged an extra $40. I tried to seek help several times but was completely ignored.

Ginger said she sensed an attitude from me & turned down my business bc of it. Where she sensed this from, I’m not sure. I have rented uHauls multiple times from this location with a great experience, so it’s quite disappointing. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this was very odd to experience. I will not be going back.

The employee who was working we extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. So friendly and funny as well , very personable. We'll definitely be back. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
