Never an issue. Always enjoy talking to the older gentleman . He has been doing this forever, no nonsense old school way of doing business. Far left liberals would not like doing business here, but the other 95% of the world would have no issue at all.

Worst place for U-Haul rentals. Very unprofessional and when I went in I tried for like 10 minutes to wake up the person because it was sleeping!!!!!

Everything they offer online, they do not have. They can not do long haul moves, no longer does trailer hitches, does not have large trailers, honestly they don't have anything.

More expensive than Budget, but way less expensive than Penske. Reserve it early; try to move during "off times" if possible and you'll save yourself a ton of money. During peak times truck rentals are by the half day!

Don't drop your U-Haul off here. The incompetent staff will claim your truck isn't clean and their math ability on determining mileage is not sound. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! So many more in Appleton and the area. Drive the extra 5 minutes and I avoid this place.

Best truck rental in the valley! I needed to move my things from storage to my new place with very short notice. I called and they had a 26 foot truck available. $40 I must add, minus milage and insurance. I moved all in town. (Appleton/Grand Chute) The two gentlemen, Dave and Rick, are very professional and courteous. To me it looked like they have been in business 40+ years with U-Haul from the plaques on their wall for every fives years. I got a old-fashiond feel because the place felt like before my time. But don't let that fool you with their service and trucks. I went there to get a truck not to see how sparkling their office was. Dave took me to the truck and showed me everything I needed to know from operating the vehicle inside the cab, filling gas and using the backend: open/closing the door and using the ramp. He basically made sure there was no confusion on how to use the vehicle for my move. I have rented moving trucks before but it was nice that Dave cared on showing things over versus giving me the keys and saying bye. Please don't let the 1 star reviewer from 2008 fool you. Go here for the great service you will be shown. Any other place I guarantee you will be just handed the key and sent on your way. I am sure some of you would be to shy or feel to d*** to ask how everything worked. Not like it is rocket science but its best to be clear on everything especially operating a huge 26 foot truck.
