Came looking for new foundation. Not a single person helped me I paced around the store for about 15 mins still nobody helped me. Ended up leaving with nothing. Will go to Sephora instead.

Great place to go to get my hair done and get the skin care products and makeup I need. The girls who work there are so accommodating and very knowledgeable. I recommend Ulta for all your beauty needs.

I can safely say I will be strictly only shopping at Sephora from now on. I went in to grab some of my facial serum and wanted to add a new one to my skin care. I asked for some help/opinion from one of the girls working, she was pretty clueless (which was fine) so she asked her coworker… that proceeded to roll her eyes and with attitude told me what one to get. I seriously NEVER feel good leaving this store. Ever. The girls that work here were clearly bullies in school because that’s the vibe I get from them all when I walk in. I would recommend any woman looking for a more friendly “girls, girl” store to AVOID ulta. I’m so tired of being nervous to go get my products from here because I know that I’m going to leave feeling like crap.

Was trying to use a coupon, but it said online pickup only. Instead of applying it, they told me to go home and come back in 2 hours. Seems outrageous considering I had the item in hand and could have just placed the order and then took it at that moment.

Such helpful employees! My daughter and I got ear piercings and she was very kind and informative about cleaning the piercings along with the employee with the beautiful long hair so was also so kind and helpful! Definitely a huge difference from a few weeks ago with the 2 older employees constantly over my shoulder asking every few seconds if I needed help. Thinking they would stop if I said yes she looked like she was lost… it was awful and I’m glad I went back because we wouldn’t have met such kind girls!
