My girlfriend purchased a car from here. I had called ahead to get some preliminary information on the cars available and information about how they are cared for and maintained when sitting on the lot. Frank had answered and was very efficient and friendly.
Upon arriving at the lot Frank was prepared with several cars that fit the parameters of our budget, safety preferences, mileage, and expected reliability. He showed us about half a dozen that fit what we were looking for and we selected three to test drive. One ran a little oddly, there was a grinding noise. But the other two ran perfectly and I could find no problems when looking them over.
My girlfriend selected the one she felt drove the best and felt safest in.
Frank and Tim were extremely friendly and efficient in getting the paperwork drawn up. They even did extra work to ensure my girlfriend got a better rate even though her credit is young.
Overall I would definitely go back for another vehicle in the future and I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency. I hate sales, and I was in sales myself for several years, take that as you will. 10/10 would shop again.

Do NOT buy from this place! A little over a year ago my daughter bought a car from this place! A few days after she bought it the check engine light came on. They said it was spark plugs and coils. They replaced them. Picked up and before we got home check engine light came on again. Brought it back They said it was the head gasket. They had the car for well over a month to fix head gasket. Car ran good for a couple weeks, engine light came back on...decided to take it somewhere else. That shop said they refused to work on it because the last people to work on it did a awful job. Took it back to Ultimate Rides, they said spark plugs and coils needed to be replaced...seriously!!!! Those were just replaced! They also said the knock sensor needed to be replaced. Apparently they fixed all of those things.Had it back several times because the engine light still was on. They weren't easy to work with and pretty much gave up on us. Took it to another new shop, they said the computer said it needed a knock sensor...ok??? Well they put a new one in. Didn't fix the problem. Took it back...they found a SOS bulletin saying this was a common issue with her vehicle...a 2017 Ford Edge. Fought with warranty company to get engine replaced. Will say Ultimate Rides did help getting the warranty company to help cover the new engine. Replaced the engine, still doesn't fix the problem. They thought maybe a bad engine was put in. Ford corporate told the shop that was working on it to send to a Ford dealership. Just found out the computer is shot! My daughter has maybe had this car for a total of 3 months in the last year. We have stuck close to $10,000 into it, not including the $4000 the warranty company paid towards the engine. Absolutely disgusting! She did actually buy from the Fondulac location, but they wouldn't help us at all. So we contacted the Appleton location, and at first they were great and very helpful. Especially Timothy, but after a few times of having to bring the car back, they stopped being helpful. I am guessing they knew this car had major issues before selling...and if not they should have been willing to work with her and get her into something different after us having to being it back so many times. So for a little over a year she has had to make car payment and pay for insurance on a vehicle she hasn't been able to drive! They can deny whatever they would like, we have documentation of everything! Please do your research before buying anything from here!!!

Didn't buy a vehicle, tried to have my wife avoid the reviews. Once she seen, the vehicle we were considering was not happening. We looked at a truck, high miles, starting to rust. But all the bells and whistles, so it was priced a bit high....many things didnt work inside the vehicle and the dealership was apparently unaware. We looked at other vehicles other places,.much better shape wirh better prices. Great selection here though. Priced to sell i was told by the sales person. Definitely called me and messaged me after I left, like dude dont message me if youre not willing to make a deal. I had cash and no trade.

Those stories you hear about used car salesman….well they are true and Ultimate rides is the perfect example. Shiny cars that are busted, customer service that is non existent. Frank will over promise and under deliver. The low ball offer for a trade in is ridiculous. Look at the businesses responses to customers on here, they take no responsibility and are completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost, you will only be asking for problems.

yeah, literally horrible. bought a used car here three months ago and wish I would’ve gone almost anywhere else. the way they’re responding to all the negative reviews says it all, they’re dishonest and take advantage of people trying to buy an affordable vehicle. would leave zero stars if i could. EDIT (after getting rid of it): the car they sold me was the definition of a lemon, put me in financial ruin. Suspension, timing belt, water pump, electrical, transmission, starter, EVERYTHING. I put so much money into constant repairs and something would always break right after. I’m lucky I didn’t die from all the times I broke down on the road. I did not feel safe driving the car but didn’t have the money to do anything about it because I had 8k left on the loan. Had it for less than 2 years. I know it is a used car but no reputable dealership would sell someone a car like that for 10k. I have a new Honda now from a reputable dealer and it made me realize how shady this place really is. I almost couldn’t get a new car because of how much I still owed on that piece of crap they sold me and now I’m upside down in the loan by a huge amount. If this place has no haters I’m dead. Please do not go here.

Chatted with a salesman regarding a ram 2500 told him what I wanted to trade and his car buyer gave a below book value trade offer. They must not wanna do business very bad. Auction value and trade value isn't the same. Of all the dealers I talked to your offer was the lowest and there vehicle was priced right. Gotta take care of your customers they keep you in business. It's a 2.5 star dealership that says something

I was aware of Ultimate Rides’ bad reputation from the reviews, but I figured I’d give them a shot anyway. At first, the staff seemed friendly and helpful, but that turned out to be just part of their sales act.
After buying the car, I’ve had to put over $3,000 into repairs, and every shop I’ve taken it to has uncovered more problems. (I won’t name the shops here, but I went to multiple.) The mechanics showed me serious issues — a cracked transmission casing, a bent subframe, a misplaced core support, and even missing bolts holding the transmission in place.
Ultimate Rides claimed their mechanics had inspected the car before selling it, yet there were no inspection records and it was obvious something was wrong as soon as we drove off the lot.
Friendly faces or not, this dealership is manipulative, dishonest, and untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Ultimate Rides.
I honestly hope this dealership is shut down before they cause more people the same headache we had.

I would give them zero stars if i could cause this is the absolutely worst place to go to. I had got stuck with a very crap vehicle because they wouldn't return my calls after they claimed that they would fix the problem. Kept getting the run around. They will screw you over in a heart beat. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Was looking at a 2016 dodge Durango, had it inspected by my mechanic because of a problem when you put it in reverse. When I got back there was a family there to check it out. Found out today they bought it from Frank. So knowing they sold this family the Durango with it having a problem in reverse.. absolutely horrible, feel sorry for the family! Would definitely recommend not doing any business with ultimate rides PERIOD. Oh and I'm very aware of what you guys do. Screw people over. I was going to buy it but Frank kept pushing off having a mechanic fix the problem. So I had to take to my mechanic, pay $75 to have him look it over just to be told not to buy it. SOME SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. AGAIN SPEND THE EXTRA FEW THOUSAND. At another dealership and save yourself a migraine!!!

If I could give a zero rating I would. I bought my 2010 dodge journey from Ultimate Rides on Oneida at the beginning of April. Ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems. The first day I bought it I experienced a front left break caliper that kept locking up. I brought it back and they told me it was rust burning off. Also, when I looked in my fuse box both my horn fuse was pulled and my interior lights fuse was pulled. When I stuck my fuse in for my horn it repeatedly kept going off at all different times of the day. And when I stuck in my lights fuse nothing happened. Which looking back at my Wisconsin Buyers Guide both say that there were no problems with them. A week later I got a light on my dash that indicated that my throttle body was going out. I took it to the shop down the street from me and they told me that the codes that are being read don’t even correlate to my car. Misrepresentation is all that I’m hearing from this post. I will never suggest Ultimate Rides to anyone. If you can avoid getting a car from them I would!
