I agree completely with the Steven Nichols review, I had the same very negative experience!
From the moment I walked in, the environment was disorganized and chaotic. There was no clear direction for customers, and the level of professionalism was severely lacking. Most notably, the female attendant on duty was exceptionally rude and dismissive. Her behavior was unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
I expect a higher standard from a reputable company like UPS, especially at a drop-off point where efficiency and courtesy are crucial. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
I hope this matter is addressed seriously. Furthermore, it appears my package still hasn't left the location per tracking.

Absolutely love the staff at this store! We are a small family business and I stop in at least once per week. I travel from Hortonville to come to this location solely because the staff!! Devon, Morgan and Brent are fantastic to work with no matter how well our poorly prepared I am. I've been to other locations and the service is awful! This crew really makes a mundane task a little fun, especially in Monday mornings!

Brent was so helpful and patient with all my returns. I came in with about 30 returns and thought I had it all organized, I did not.
He spent a considerable amount of time helping me reorganize it so everything matched each return.

Very rude employees that do not know how to use their equipment and claim to not be trained on their new equipment. Initially refused to scan my document claiming it was not a service they offer. I pointed out the poster advertising it was and he begrudgingly tried to scan the document; failing to do so. I asked if the other employee could try and was told he wasn't trained either. I questioned why they have a staffed store that was not trained and was asked to leave/never come back. Immature kids running that place.
After reading some reviews it sounds like these are their standard business practices. Maybe corporate should get involved.

I visited this location tonight (1/13) and have finally had it! This location lacks customer service and communication and its the third time they’ve had poor service. I would avoid this location if possible!

As the business owner, I'd encourage you to think through your process and improve it. To other customers considering this UPS store, my experience was negative.
Came new years eve to drop off a paid package. I indicated it was prepaid and asked where I could drop it off.
Was told to wait in line with others who had not processed their shipments yet because they might miss handle my package if I didn't hand it directly to a desk clerk.
I suppose I could believe it since the business appears to be very disorganized.

I didn't tape up my package, my fault, no problem. Attendee said he would cancel so I could use the qr code again. Went back and they said code was used already. I showed them my package is marked as received by them as I'm holding it. They wouldn't do anything. So now I have to chat with amazon for 20 min and drive back again.
