Convenient bank with a business drive thru and 2 extra stalls (3 total) plus ATM and an indoor area open for all your banking needs. Staff has always been prompt and friendly.

I started banking with U.S Bank probably close to 15-20 years ago. The Northland branch is by far my favorite location!! Each employee has always gone above and beyond to help answer questions and provide service. It really is a great group of people!!

The ATM wouldn't take my cash deposit. I tried over & over & over & over until someone pulled up. Not cool, seeing as I really needed to get the money in there, & of course, I need to find rides. When I go thru the drive thru the bankers are always super nice tho so it's not a bad place.

Fine for normal banking but I would look elsewhere for a home loan. It was an unorganized and stressful process to work with them through a mortgage lender.

My wife and I have banked here for 17 years. I have used many banks across the US and these people are the BEST. The people have been very friendly and have many times gone out of their way to help me with something when they did not have to. They have always taken the time to answer my questions and if they did not have the answer they helped me get in touch with someone who did. I would give them more stars if I could.

I've been a US Bank customer for over 6 years now and haven't looked back once. My first banking experience was with a local credit union, but that quickly turned sour - that story is for a different day. Both my personal and business accounts are now at US Bank. Banker of the year award should go to everyone at this branch, but especially Bill. He has always gone above and beyond to help me. It doesn't matter if it's a simple question, depositing/withdrawing funds, auto loan advice, how to keep my accounts fee-free, or anything in between. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and "what-banking-should-be-like" feel, this is the branch to visit!
