Best customer service I’ve ever had….ever….Bar none! Connie was working alone & had many things going on with several customers. She addressed all customers with a wonderful welcome and simultaneously worked with as many customers as possible & with expertise & patience (which I think is her ‘Super Power’. She was incredibly helpful, sought to make things clear to me, gave me my best options, and displaying her ‘Super Power’ all the while my phone was holding its breath and spazzing out, making it almost impossible to fluidly go through the process.She is a keeper to your company…and I truly hope USCellular pays her what she’s worth…she is gold!

Swapping services to US Cellular and getting the brand new iPhone they kept it reserved and ready for me. Tim and Alex are beyond amazing even stayed past close to make sure my new phone was set up correctly. Overall great customer service and friendly and understanding, couldn’t ask for better thank you!

We recently signed up with US Cellular as our old provider became unsatisfactory. We went to the store on Northland Avenue in Appleton. We couldn't believe the customer service there. If you change from us cellular provider to another provider with a better plan be aware of the penalties you may end up with. I changed to a different provider 3 days after my next months service began with us cellular. Even though I no longer had service with them they still charged me for the complete month. When I went to the store they told me that's just the way it is. Very disappointed with how they handle a customer on a fixed income. So $90 + dollars later I guess I have learned a great lesson.

Website said open at 9:00am, a temporary sign said open at 10:00 amIt DID NOT OPEN AT 9!!THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!Time to get the website correct.Now we have to drive back at 10:00.?

I had to find a US Cellular store to reset a work phone. After waiting about a half hour the associate who finished with the people ahead of us just walked off the floor. I understand employees get breaks but when you have had people waiting you help them. Terrible service!

Employee was obviously busy with a line of other people. She took the time and answered my quick question about where to find my sd card photos when she clearly could have made me wait in line. She asked everyone if it was OK to help me first since I had a quick question. Very professional people there.
