Rushed job, terrible shaping, stones falling out within hours. Paint job was sloppy and when my fingers were placed under the lights it burned my fingers. I would never return to this nail salon. I wish I had a photo to share but I tend to only take photos when my nails turn out good.

Absolutely beautiful job! Not only was it the fastest nail service I’ve ever had but extremely good quality. I got a acrylic fill because it’s stronger than just the gel with the shellac overlay, and she did an airbrush, white tip, classy, and decently priced!

The staff here is sooo nice and they did such a great job. Make you feel comfortable (especially for me because I’m very shy about my hands and feet). I LOVED this place. And not ridiculous about prices. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. I had my nails done before my trip and left the shop to go to my car.. opened the car and the nail broke. Instead of catering to the client, the manager scolds me for having “fake nails” and to be careful. 4 days later another nail breaks. They increase prices and then use terrible products. How do nails break seconds after getting them done?? And not apologetic or anything. It was my fault. Will not be returning.

I have been seeing Julie for years for my nails. She takes pride in her work and makes sure she does everything she can to ensure every customer is happy when there. All employees are kind and friendly when you walk in the door. Sometimes I am lucky enough to see her boys in the shop and it gives you that "family owned" business feel. All the employees there are just great and I always leave happy with the finished product.

I was recommended to see Tee for my nails. They were able to make an appointment same day. They were nice when I walked in, asking if I needed something to drink. Wasn't much of a wait at all. My nails turned out much better than I could have ever expected. Tee checked to make sure everything was good each step of the way which was nice since this is only my second time getting my nails done. Reasonably priced as well.

Horrible place to get your nails done. I went there to get my nails done for my uncles funeral and by the next day they were falling off and nail polish started chipping

This is the last time I go to that place TIP NAILS. It had already happened to me that they gave me a crooked nail and I said ok, I'll give it another chance and this time I went and left 2 nails on the side!! I feel very bad for bringing my hand like that, no matter how much I told him, he ignored me and instead of straightening it further he sanded it. And when I went to make an appointment I showed them the design and they gave me a price and when I paid they charged me 65, their costs are exaggerated!! I don't know the name of Mrs. But she is the oldest of the 3 who were there.

I had regularly gone to see Julie at tipsy nail studio who does and has always done a phenomenal job, at my last appointment despite requesting Julie I was given this older lady, which I was okay with, I showed her a design and asked if she could replicate it neatly (it was a difficult design so I had simpler ones picked out just in case she didn’t feel comfortable doing it which I said I was okay with) despite asking her and saying I had other designs picked out she told me the design was within her ability (which was false) and sat me down to do my nails, after driving 20 minutes out of my way to an appointment, getting excited for my design, and then being tortured for 30 minutes as she scraped and ripped my nails off despite having acetone and cotton pads right next to her I was left late to work, spending $90 on nails that looked nothing like the picture, and extremely unhappy. I still however tipped nicely, said my thank yous, and smiled wishing everyone a nice day on my way out. Despite the encounter I decided to book another appointment at the same salon looking for Julie this time to fix my nails, excited to finally get these horrors off my hands I walked into the salon with a smile on my face saying I was there for my 4pm appointment and asked if they accepted Apple Pay as I left my physical debit card at home by accident, the same older lady said yes and asked if I wanted to get my nails done still, I sat down, said yes, and asked if Julie was actually available today like told to me before, she said no and said she could do my nails, I showed her a lot simpler picture than before, asked could she do something like that, and she told me “i’m not doing your nails” after being the one to sit me down, I asked was there anyone available to do my nails considering I made an appointment ahead of time (only one other customer in the building and 3 other nail techs standing around talking) she said no, told me I had to leave, and walked away after denying my service and wasting my time despite my hospitality and loyalty to them for the past year.
