Wasn’t there to sign for it, however when scanning the qr code and following instructions i get met with an error! Over and over again.. crazy that fedex is seemingly doing better than you guys and fedex is terrible to deal with!!!

We are located in downtown Appleton. Mail delivery has been 'hit or miss' for the last month or so. We are a small business and typically receive mail EVERY DAY Monday-Friday. We have not seen our mail carrier for 3 days now. Used to be like clockwork... always delivered between 11:00 and 1:00 every day. What is going on??
