They gave me an invalid tracking number and when I tried to call the office it wouldn’t let me speak with an actual person when I asked 10 times and the robot just hung up on me.

Could use some counter help. Clerk disappeared for 5 minutes, leaving customer at counter and 8 people in line with out a service person at counter! Do better!

Line of people in the lobby waiting to be helped and there's three people hiding just out of sight behind some false wall, holding conversation and eating food talking about nothing work related instead of helping the people. get Real hire a real Manager
