I am required to buy my meds at Walgreens per my prescription plan. It's always very busy. Over a year ago they said, they would put all my meds on the same pickup timeline, they never did it.

The absolute WORST Walgreens and employees I've ever been to. 2 times we were there and they STILL dont have my eardrops and they won't take my insurance. This place needs to be shutdown. Never going there ever again!

Great pharmacy with good staff and service. Exactly what you would expect (and maybe more) from a Walgreens pharmacy. It is generally busy so be prepared to wait a little.

When call was left didn't specify where. Why they couldn't just transfer to the location I wanted
Dr office was closed already. So had to go to Northland Ave Walgreens (Oneida)

Pharmacy tech wouldn't listen when I told her to call my insurance to get a longer duration filled, and started yelling at me that they can only fill exactly what the prescription says, but wouldn't even do that. When I told her that she doesn't need to raise her voice at me, the pharmacist defended her saying she wasn't yelling, then the pharmacy manager also said that she wasn't yelling and if I didn't treat THEM with RESPECT that they would no longer fill any prescriptions for me. All for telling her that she had no need or right to raise her voice to me. After waiting in line because they are understaffed and had two techs call in. I understand that there is frustration, but they need to be more professional and do their job, instead of kicking people out for not RESPECTING THEM, and telling them that they don't need to yell at me.

Can never get the actual pharmacy on the phone, just the call center. When the call gets forwarded from the call center to the pharmacy the call is usually ignored it seems.

My partner has been trying to get his prescriptions since MARCH. It is now July. After submitting his insurance card online, taking the physical card in, and giving it to them over the phone they still couldn’t manage to submit it properly and give him the correct price for his prescription. The staff here has no desire to actually help their patients/customers. This is medication we’re talking about. People need to be able to access their prescriptions without jumping through hoops. I feel this issue would have been resolved months ago had the staff actually cared about the wellbeing of their patients and tried to get this figured out instead of just saying it isn’t working or try to blame the insurance company. Pure laziness and honestly negligence on their part. Do not go to this pharmacy.

Was told wait time was 30-45 mins. Waited over 2hrs in the store for a walked in prescription for antibiotics! Unbelievable!

If you want to actually pick up your prescriptions, don’t have them called here.
I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. After waiting there for 2 hours, it still wasn’t ready. I left and called back the next day to be told they didn’t even have the medication, why make someone SIT THERE for hours to not even have the item?? Every time I need to fill something here, they lose it, don’t have it, or can’t seem to figure out how to fill it. I fully understand being short staffed, but come on.

The corporate office should be ashamed of the lack of support they are showing this busy location. They are all working their tails off and the lines just pile up. Do something to support your staff so they do not have to run ragged during a shift.

I ordered a refill on my diabetes medication. They never contacted me to let me know it's ready. I arrived only to find out that my medication is on back order and they never called me to let me know so I could contact my pcp to see if they're was something else I could use until my medications arrive. I'm five days without my medication now. MY HEALTH IS AT SERIOUS RISK!

Pharmacy closes randomly, if you have to speak with someone you may be on hold for over 20 minutes at least. Service has gone down so much over the last couple of years.
