I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years. Since 2020, this pharmacy is closed every weekend, closes during the middle of the day, and without notice they randomly close during weekdays. I do not recommend having any regular medications filled here.

I went in for an appointment for a vaccine today. I called my insurance to make sure they covered it. When I got to Walgreens there was one person waiting behind me. I had filled out all the info. online. The tech said it wasn't covered. I tried to tell her it was and that I'd called to make sure. She kept telling me it wasn't so I told her there was a number she could call. She told me they were short-staffed and she certainly wasn't going to call the insurance today and that is was up to me to call. Which I had already done that morning. I asked who she would call and suddenly the male pharmacy guy yelled at me in a loud voice, "That's enough. She answered your questions. We are back upped!" I don't think my conversation with her lasted more than 2 minutes and a few more people behind me had just arrived. I am a senior citizen and I never in all my life had anyone yell at me the way this guy did in front of people. It was shocking and truly terrible behavior. Frankly, I think he can get away with it because they are short-staffed. But if I was his boss that would be enough for me to fire him. How dare he behave in such a manner.

Walgreens needs to hire more people and pay them better. This pharmacy has THE WORST customer service. Numerous situations. They are rude, dismissive and obviously unhappy. I'm sure they are overworked and simply have no patience left. Walgreens get your act together. CVS is looking pretty good right now.

Couldn't find anything wrong/different than any other Walgreens. Convenient location. Not busy at all.

Every single member of my family has had a bad experience with the pharmacy manager Joe. He is very rude and very short if he doesn't want to talk to you. He interrupts on the phone and shows little to no desire to actually help if you need anything other than a refill. For someone who has worked there a long time it seems like some customer service courtesy should have arisen by now. Even in my worst mood I've never escalated with a customer like he does. None of us are interested in returning if we have to deal with him again and I'd rather choose another company in general as they seem not to care about someone that rude running their pharmacy.

I was not impressed with the pharmacy! I went there only to get my second covid shot. (only because the Walgreens I go to, had no available appts). They should at least let the person know, that you have to fill out MORE paperwork! I'm just glad I don't have my prescriptions filled there!

Literally went there 2 days ago to load money onto my PayPal worked perfectly. I go there today All you had to do, is scan the barcode on my phone provided by PayPal. Yet they couldn't figure that out. Insisted I needed a PayPal card. I assured them all they have to do is scan it and not treat it like a preloaded credit card. Yet for the life of them the 2 lady's who obviously don't know how to operate their register (poor training) made me have to go to the other walgreens and it was handled in 15 seconds. Poor service and not a care in the world. Not even to mention waiting at the register for 10 mins while someone finally showed up.

I would NOT recommend this walgreens pharmacy. Had an incident tonight where the employee refused to work with me, come to find out, he didn't even go through proper protocol to verify which medication I was picking up. both of my refills were filled when I only requested one, and had enough money to pay for the one I needed with me. instead, I had to run home to get more money and rush back to get there before they closed because I was under the impression that i hadn't brought enough. (for my son's MENTAL HEALTH medication). he shrugged me off with a "too bad so sad" attitude. awesome. just awesome. to make it even worse, said employee didn't even have the courage to come back to the window and talk to me.

Trying to switch prescriptions over from CVS since moving to Appleton. I did not understand their difference in policy about auto filling and the staff member was a bit rude and in the end hung up on me. when I called back to speak with the pharmacist or supervisor I was told I was not hung up on and met with more rudeness. I will be finding a CVS in the area instead. Do not recommend.

This is about the worst pharmacy experience I have had. They were confused, not willing to look into anything or answer any questions about a new medication. This is different than my experience at other Walgreens/ not a good feeling. He was not even sure he gave me the right number of pills, but said he hoped it was right and would probably work out. Hmmmmm

People are always nice here. Also the pharmacy is very helpful compared to others in the area I've tried! I will keep coming back!
