Worst customer service EVER. I had countless bad experiences here before vowing to never use this Walgreen’s again. Extremely rude & unprofessional staff. If you want to stay in business at this location you need to clean house.

Re: PharmacyThe worst! Nothing is ever on time. They lost my prescription. They told me they would call my doctor, never did. People working behind the counter are terrible. Unfortunately, from what I hear, most others in the area are not much better.

It was good and I liked it tooThey have their rewards plan and it helps you save some money. What I don't like anymore is that they are no longer open at night.

If I could rate the pharmacy a zero I would, their communication is awful, to get a prescription re-filled takes like a week. I don't know what happened in the past year, but I am definitely changing pharmacies.

Pharmacy is utterly incompetent. These people take two hours to fill the most simple prescriptions.

Finally! 2/3rds of my prescription is ready for pick up. Most of my bad customer service experiences have been at this particular Walgreens. The pharmacist and young Asian man at the register were very rude and lied to me about when my prescription would be filled. It couldn’t have been because it was busy. I was the only person at the counter and there was nobody at the drive through window. Good help must really be hard to find post-covid?

Pharmacy is rude and whenever I'm told my prescription will be ready, the date changes and I end up having to transfer it to the walgreens on casaloma. If casaloma was closer to my house they would be the Pharmacy I always go to. They are extremely nice and have always had my prescription.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the state. Never had medications ready even when you have spoken on the phone with the pharmacy and have been told the are ready. Seriously just a horrible experience for someone who is unable to drive and must plan out rides to get their medication.
