One big negative is direct deposit system locked in until around after 8am. Other real banks direct deposit very early in the morning. That I don’t like it. Jedidiah Scharrschmidt.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. ***** ***** to ******** to Wells Fargo. I deposited mobile checks which they claim turned out to be fraud. Wells Fargo sent me an email stating my account had been closed and debit card terminated. Not sure how they determined the fraud. The deposited money still shows in my account. But they have refused to give me the other balance of my funds for 2 weeks, approximately $550 after deducting the checks in question. And if they determine the deposits were fraud, they will return my original funds less the deposited checks after they conduct their investigation in 2 weeks. And then they will MAIL me a check within an additional 10 days. Funny when I buy groceries the money leaves my account before the groceries are bagged!! And they said I would not be allowed to open another Wells Fargo account. I think this is Senior abuse!!!!!

I went to this branch and a employee named Heru took great care of me. He was very polite, respectful and kind. Also John, the investment relationship, is a great guy to work with. Great Branch! Very happy with its service!

Went in to two Wells Fargo branches with the intention of opening an account, but at each one I was told I had to make a reservation. I guess Wells Fargo must have a surplus of money and not need customers! LOL, I left to find better service elsewhere with higher ratings.

You need 2 forms of ID to deposit $200 cash into your own account while providing a deposit slip with all the information needed on it. Way to go Wells Fraudco.....way to go.

Drove 65 miles from my home to deposit money into my wife's checking account who was working out of state. I was informed that because I was not listed as an authorized user on the account I was prohibited from making a cash deposit. The only option I had at that time to make this deposit was to come back with a money order. I decided to go back home instead. It took a 130 mile round trip to discover that because I tried to deposit cash, Wells Fargo automatically suspected me of being a crook trying to launder money. I essentially could have paid to make a deposit if I first went somewhere else and returned with a purchased money order.

Snobby staff. Been doing the same thing for over a year and just this time she was in a bad mood and decided to change “the rules”. Didn’t even see if I had funds to cover the check I was depositing, which I did, before telling me I couldn’t cash a check. Been a member for about four years and have worked for Wells Fargo before. Highly suggest Ballard location, much nicer and consistent. Had to drive across town to actually get taken care of.
