Worst customer service ever. Second time the teller clearly racially profiled me, repeatedly called me the wrong name and refused to assist with my business accounts. Then the branch manager tried to give me a hard time about having specific branch policies to refuse service through the drive thru. Formal complaint filed with corporate who confirmed the branch has no guidelines to deny my service through the drive thru and are escalating the complaint. Had to go to WFB downtown to cash my check and they agreed this location and employees are trash.

Usually my experience with Wells Fargo is poor, but the service I received at this branch was excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. When I called up, a live person actually answered my call to answer all my questions. When I went into this branch, the assistance I received from Alisha Schmidt went beyond my expectations - she was friendly, efficient, professional, and extremely helpful. It's so nice to know that there are still some people at Wells Fargo who put their customers first and will go out of their way to help them. Thanks Alisha!!!!

Do not trust Wells Fargo!!! they're nothing but a bunch of crooks. They will hold your checks randomly because they're automated system flagged it and then after it does they won't do anything about it. They just play with your money for weeks on end.. I sell real estate and I've seen them do this with wire transfers to my clients!! They make up every excuse in the book. If you don't want to be screwed around and taking advantage of DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!And when I finally got through to talk to a supervisor and asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me!! Then when I tried to file a formal complaint I waited on the phone for another 40 minutes and still didn't get through to the customer satisfaction team.. the lady said I'll just fill out a report with your name and number and hopefully they'll get back to you... WHAT A JOKE!!! I WILL BE IN THERE MONDAY MORNING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS.

Poor service at this Appleton Ballard Rd Wells Fargo location. No willingness to be of help or assistance. I cannot recommend it at all. Truly disappointing.

Just walked out of here after dealing with the team lead Jamie who couldn't be bothered to help her coworkers and had an attitude assisting my business account. If I actually had more time I would have closed all my wells Fargo business accounts and banked elsewhere. I will be closing my accounts when I get back home.

Every time I come to this branch slow is not the word today I timed it I sat at the window for a half hour this is in my opinion not good customer service

This place has always impressed me. The whole staff has always been very polite, helpful and flexible and somehow they are usually able to remember my name when I walk through the door. Wells Fargo may have a bad reputation nationally but these people at this location have always been awesome to me and I plan on staying with them for a very long time.

The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!

This is just a great bank, and the people at this particular location are just stellar! Paul is by far the nicest/most competent personal banker I've ever met, Aimee is awesome with deposits and seeing everyone is just an all-out pleasure on a personal level. Great service, always, and very timely too! Would rate 7 stars if I could - referred my Mum and my fiancé here when they wanted to try a new banking institution. They never disappoint!
